It totally matches the description, very nice apartment complex, clean pools and everything very organized, I know the hurricane is recent but Jaime's apartment and the residential complex has struggled to leave everything spotless, we will definitely be back soon! Excellent service from Paty, very nice her apartment. Comfortable mattresses, special details, towels in very good condition. We will surely stay with her again in future stays. Of the amenities, the pool was cold for my taste, however it is January and it is understood, the food of the pool restaurant is not highly recommended, but the one in the clubhouse very well. Also the service staff of the towers, very attentive. Clubhouse Ludoteca recommended, I like Isla for family stays. Thank you for everything Paty!

Super cozy, excellent location, they make you feel like you are at home, Jaime super attentive and clear to all the details, fully complies with the description. Consider that the residence is not 100% pet friendly (this is a matter of the residence, not the host). I would definitely come back.

Everything went perfect. The access was tidy, safe and the clean and pleasant one. Don't forget to bring a 5k cash deposit for reception (you can take unsuspecting if you don't usually carry cash). Our hostess is very accessible and always attentive. Thank you!

Where it is located it is super accessible to be able to carry out many activities according to the needs and costs that you have. We had a family time and it was more than pleasant for both the host and the facilities!

The apartment is very comfortable and the facilities of the complex are very nice. Many activities can be done within the area that allow you to spend a very pleasant stay. We play tennis, pool, pin pon, gym and we went to the cinema within the club. Also, we swim in each of the pools that are by the way very large and very clean. Overall I highly recommend the place, everything the staff is very friendly and respectful, and Talia is very attentive all the time. We are definitely looking forward to returning.

The apartment was very clean and completely matched the photographs. The common areas are very well cared for and the security staff was very attentive. Communication with Monica is very clear and as needed. Just to make an observation so that it does not happen with future visitors, the cleaning person showed up at 11 in the morning and went to perform the cleaning since the departure is at 12 and the moment was unpleasant since we had to leave because of how uncomfortable the situation was.

Super recommended, nice place, brand new, clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful view to the pool, easy 5minute walk to the private beach club, the beach is clean, you can grab some seats and watch your kids have fun. The sea has waves but still you can enjoy a great moment, also there are two life guards from the condo if anything happens. Guillermo was always available and aware of any needs. He has a great staff at the residency for any help. We will definently will come back. Muchas gracias, hermoso lugar. Volveremos!
