Our arrival was late because of our flight and we had booked for one night. The geo-location of the space made it easy for us to find it. Communication with our host is very good. Noelly is very responsive. The accommodation is very decent overall. The only downside I can raise is that I found a lot of dust at the time of sweeping before checking out.

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

The villa was great - very nice with enough space for a group of 8 people. The pool and outdoor spaces are a real plus! The welcome was perfect with the first breakfast planned since we arrived late the day before. Magalie was very responsive throughout the stay and flexible with our checkout time! A great place with a great location to enjoy Guadeloupe and to rest in peace! We'll be right back: )

Very warm welcome. The host is smiling and welcoming. The location is great: a few minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants, with the presence of frogs and birds that add to the charm. I highly recommend it! If I ever return to Guadeloupe, it will be with great pleasure that I will stay with this host again.

An unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe! The accommodation is conveniently located on Grande-Terre, close to the most beautiful beaches. Very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The host is warm, available and has good tips for discovering the region. We particularly appreciated the perfect pool to relax after a day of exploration. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time at Cedric and Magalie's. The accommodation and location are great, close to all amenities (bakery, supermarkets, etc.). In addition, we had a lovely time during the welcome aperitif where we were able to dine and chat with them. They're great hosts. We highly recommend this listing!

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Water failed 2 days in our 5 day stay, not the fault of Ted. The appartement is equipped with a 10L tank, it’s important to be prepared and reserve other water bottles in case of water failure. The location is really good, with direct access to the beach.

Very good place, I recommend it, without hesitating! Everything was there, to spend a long stay ( 53 days ) The apartment is bright and very spacious. Odile, is pleasant and available for any problems. Great location! Steps away from the gully beaches! Two parking spots...... What more could you ask for.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

Beautiful accommodation that allowed us to recharge our batteries for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen… the accommodation is sufficient in itself and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at your own pace without feeling guilty about staying and enjoying its charms. The host was more than helpful and very responsive when we needed it most. In summary, a lovely stay!
