Comfortable, cozy & sparkling clean house located in the center of all Niseko ski areas (5~15min driving) in a quiet neighborhood outside the hotel villages. The house is great for families/friends (MAX 6 people: adults+children- no additional infants-NO EXCEPTION) with a CAR looking for a quiet space (2 cars max). Car is a must since no restaurants, shops, lifts are at walking distance. From Oct 2024 a resort fee (between 200 - 500 JPY/pers/night) will be requested and payable at checking.

Be away from resort madness, and chill in the forest after you ski. It is less than 10 minutes from Niseko Moiwa and Annupri. There is a bedroom with two single beds, room to roll out 2 futons in the lounge room and a loft that will take one or a happy couple. I work at a local mountain guiding company and am available if you have problems.

We have renewed the house but have kept the place a Japanese ski chalet, the lounge has retained the high ceilings with wood walls. We have a new kitchen, toilets with washlets, bathroom basins, all new windows throughout, and floor heating in the ski room/ entrance and first floor bathroom.

The house is situated in a small peaceful cluster of houses 6km from Niseko ski resort. The house is a Japanese/western style home, . It has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 to 10 people. Additionally there are two living spaces . Everywhere is a short car journey away, so please only consider if you plan to rent a car. *From November 1, 2024, the Niseko Town accommodation tax will be charged.
