Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Abtenau

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We stayed comfortably in 17. The house is large and spacious and matches the description. The house is surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet area. Hosts are friendly and available for our needs. Fully satisfied

The place was just what we needed, a peaceful and cosy oasis with several ski slopes options within an hour reach. We really enjoyed staying in this house, so sad it came to an end. Above all, Petra is a great and warm host! Thank you!

The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! We drove from Poland for 11 hours and it was really worth it. This place is a real gem of the places to stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well equipped – and the view from the window is simply stunning! An ideal starting point to explore Bavaria and at the same time a wonderful place to relax. The contact with the host was exemplary – he always responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. I highly recommend it and hope to come back sometime!❤️

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, with great views out the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities, and parking was easy in front Of the house. Only downside is the washer/dryer costs 4 euros per wash, and another 4 euros to dry. However, dryer only runs for 1 hour - which is not enough to dry clothes thoroughly. The machine also only takes 2 euro coins, so make sure you have exact change if you are intending to do laundry

We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly as in photos and very clean. We had a great time and everything is fabulous. Alexandra is very responsive and helped us every minute we need something.

Lovely accommodation located in an idyllic village. Eva is very friendly and warm! On the way back there in the evening, a cat accompanied us all along🥰Such a beautiful experience.

We were very pleased with Anna's apartment. We were received in a super friendly manner and she was always available. No wishes have remained unfulfilled. Highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Highly recommended. We rented the apartment Gartenglück 1.0 as a family of 3 people over Holy Week and we were satisfied. The instructions with pictures were brief and clear. Alois and Stephanie were also helpful - reachable for problems and questions. Everything went smoothly. I especially like that the apartment contains everything you need and frills-free. Salzburg's old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We had no problem with it because we knew it too and were mobile by car.

Totally fall in love with Adelheid’s place. Is like a quiet sanctuary when one needs to be away from the busy streets and tall buildings. Waking up to greenery, mountain view, this is so energising. The kitchen is great, it has stove and oven, also a bread toaster and more. I can cook and stay indoors when I don’t feel like going out, enjoying the views from balcony. Love every part of the apartment. Having transport would be ideal, as is quite secluded but is near eateries and supermarkets. I will missed this place, will come back if I am visiting Austria again.

Natalie's house is a little far from the center,but No.22 bus stop is 1 minute to the house,it's easy for tourism.Natalie is easy going and help us to carry suitcases when we arrive.I recoment this house to others

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!
