We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real slice of paradise nestled in the rolling hills of Teramo. Since our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and helpfulness, and we immediately felt at home. The real star of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that reigns in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up to the song of birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It's the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The location is also ideal for exploring the surroundings, including characteristic villages, nature trails and the proximity to the Adriatic Sea. Extremely comfortable accommodation and (I think) recently renovated, since everything inside seems to be new. Very easy to reach and in a perfect location to visit the center of L'Aquila, but at the same time, a little secluded from the main streets and therefore very quiet. Really helpful and kind host, although there was no need to bother him too much, since the apartment already has everything you need for a great stay. We're sorry it's already taken on the dates we have to return to L'Aquila, otherwise we would definitely have returned here!

Patrizia's place was just as I imagined, even more. really nice house, beautiful view, clean. TV in the bedroom and kitchen. A shower with boiling water, just the way I like it. we found all the amenities we expected. house surrounded by greenery but very close to the sea. reachable both by bike and by car. very comfortable. Patrizia provided us with two bikes that we used for both days. With these means we were easily able to go to the beach. We only took the car to go to restaurants or neighboring towns. Great area, you can go anywhere. We had a great time. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Patrizia.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

It was better than we expected.

There were 3 of us for the VVF oath and it was really a hit and run of less than 24 hours but the accommodation is so perfect, such as spaces, location and host that I would recommend it for any longer stay! Alessandro super helpful in every respect, the house very spacious in a very nice private building and super comfy!

The apartment is in a side street on the waterfront, so it is quiet and sheltered from traffic but in a very central location. A stone's throw from the city's streets and attractions, as well as the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a beach holiday, we really enjoyed this aspect. The only thing that we Italians always notice is the lack of coffee, 😂 despite the presence of a coffee maker. The house is clean and check-in is completely independent. Super recommended!

The appartment was clean and just like it was in the pictures. We were three couples on our way to next destination and stopped only for one night. It was definitely worth it, we could have stayed longer. If you come by car, be prepared to search for the parking lot - it was quite sifficult for us with a big car. We got really good instructions before hand how to get in etc. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants and the centre. Also the sea is very close for a nice morning walk. I’m warmly recommending this appartment for families or groups of friends.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Everything was perfect. Perfect descriptions. The owner is very friendly. The accommodation is in a quiet and independent location with a garden that surrounds the apartment. Great for spending days in peace.

The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

House is in a beautiful location 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min to town Vasto, which is a really nice city. Furthermore, a pleasant house where Giuseppe goes out of his way to make you feel at home. We were with children aged 17 and 18 and they have had the time of their lives. They could go to the city and beach themselves. Everyone could go their own way! Perfect.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

Large house, with many amenities nearby, and close to the ski slopes. Stefano was very hospitable, he also made us find something more to make us feel at home.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area and close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....actually in person it's even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things... the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband welcomed us personally upon our arrival, despite our slight delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to all our requests. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10 pm.....everything resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say... thanks for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt!

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!
