Gateway to Ilocos! 2 Bedroom

LydiaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
CASA was the only place we found where we could find a place big enough for my family to have a vacation and also a central place in Ilocos for me to do some work. My agenda was to visit weavers in Paoay and also blend it with a family vacation so we can celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The place was beautiful and has good views of rice fields which was exactly what I was looking for. Being that it is in the middle of fields, the air was so fresh all of us slept so well the whole time we were there. It was a little challenging to share 1 bathroom among 8 people including 2 kids and they had to open up the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very friendly with 2 seniors that we were traveling with. Other than that, all last minute needs we had were met and the staff who was on site were so helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Salva Heritage House & Guadalupe Guesthouse, Badoc

The best in everything! From accommodation to toiletries to the daily free breakfast, and most of all, to its caretakers, Ate Sale and Kuya Esmer. They were very warm and friendly. We loved how they took care of us, anticipated all our needs and served us 100% home-cooked meals. Even their pandesal was home-cooked! ACCOMMODATION: Grea! Very comfortable BREAKFAST: Great! And with free coffee or tea, too. LOCATION: Great! Located at the heart of Badoc. It was perfectly placed for us, based on our plans for that Holy Week. CARETAKERS: Very friendly, always giving extra value/service. We never heard any complaint on how early we eat bfast (around 6am). Kuya Esmer and Ate Sale were always ever-present and ever-ready to help. They are the icing on top! OTHERS: The house was really nice. Very clean and spotless. And with amenities like towel and bathroom care products. We used their veranda every evening, and we ate breakfast in their frontyard in the morning. Until our next visit!
