The house is perfect for those wanting a home away from home in a great location that has you in Aberdeen in minutes. The house is a nice size, has everything you need and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for New Years and it was a great choice and we would definitely choose Andy’s house again. He was very helpful and kept in contact throughout the pre check in process and offered to be contacted anytime whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend Andy and his property. We will be back !

Susan was an attentive host. The bedrooms were beautiful and we had fantastic sleeps in cozy beds - that is so rare, but so important. The area was lovely. A great stay.

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

We had a lovely 3 weeks at The Bothy. The Bothy is beautifully presented with everything you need and in a lovely peaceful location. The children are going to miss waking up to see horses, rabbits and peasants out their window! Kenny was a great host who was super helpful and friendly who always responded quickly to every query. We would highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed at The Grange No 5 for two weeks, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The little space was perfect for everything we needed, and we felt so at home. Everything was neat and tidy, and Shoana was on top of everything we might need. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided, and were so grateful for the quiet retreat. The beach is just a 0.5 mi walk from the house, and all of the attractions we wanted to see were within a 30-40 minute maximum range. Also all the little brochures provided helped us find hidden gems in the area (the Peterhead Prison Museum is a must!). We would 100% stay here again given the chance and highly recommend it!

Great location, walkable to town. The flat is as per the photos. All amenities were present and working. Entry and exit was straightforward. Note that there is a parking permit with the house, which we hadn't noticed in the description, knowing this would've saved us some money of day 1. We enjoyed our stay.

Was working in the town so did not get to spend enough time at the property but would highly recommend this place for a stay - really well located, comfortable and loved the provisions provided. A wee home from home without a doubt.

5 stars – Another Wonderful Stay! This was my second time staying at Brenda’s place, and it was just as fantastic as the first. Everything was comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—quiet but close to everything I needed. Brenda is incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made check-in and communication seamless. It’s rare to find a place you want to return to, but this one definitely makes the list. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

The place was incredibly clean and cozy, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. Every corner of the placewas tidy, and you could tell that the host took great pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Soft blankets and comfortable furniture added to the homely feel, inviting you to settle in and feel right at home. The host was not only polite but also very responsive to any questions we had. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The location of the property was simply perfect, right at the center of everything. We were within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around easy and fun. It felt fantastic to step outside and find so many exciting places just a short stroll away. This convenience allowed us to enjoy the area without worrying about transportation. Being centrally located really enhanced our trip, allowing us to take full advantage of the what the city offers.

Carol's apartment was simply perfect. The location close to the town centre and the beach was great and allowed me to reach every place easily on foot. The flat is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay. The terrace on the top floor is an added bonus and thanks to the nice weather, I really enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day or in the morning sipping my coffee. Carol has been a wonderful host and, because she was around the train station by the time I was arriving in Stonehaven, she also offered to give me a lift to the flat and show me the place around. I really enjoyed my stay here and Stonehaven is such a lovely little town. I hope I will come back one day to explore the area further and I'll be happy to book Carol's flat again if it will be avaible.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.

Jude’s place was perfect for our family of four and matched the description. Appreciated the milk, wine and juice in fridge for us, also coffee and shortbread provided. Note the kitchen has no dishwasher. Other than that very well equipped and comfortable. Spacious layout and nice garden for sunny days.

Dean’s place was tidy and lovely. The location is beautiful with a view of the sea, a short walk from a small harbour. We had a view of the boardwalk as well so if you’re not one for scenic beaches, then it’s also a great chance to people watch. The place was described very accurately. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the hosts have left tiny touches to provide a nice personal touch. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable stay, we only stayed there for 2 nights but could easily have done more.
