Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

I had a great month in this apartment! It is charming, well equipped and ideally located: only 10 minutes walk from the Opéra Garnier, 15 minutes from Sacré-Coeur and 30 minutes from the Louvre. The neighborhood is lively and enjoyable, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. A big plus: a supermarket is 1 minute from the apartment, which is very convenient. Host was very responsive and always available, ready to help if needed. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again! 😊

I thank the host really honestly because in addition to his kindness and presence for every communication, his apartment is everything I needed. Kitchen equipped with every accessory for those who love to cook like me, a quiet apartment in a living area. I will also keep it safe for the future because from there you can reach almost everything, then the metro in Paris is wonderful.

I am a fan of the original concept in Airbnb’s; where you are renting an actual persons home. I like to support a real person and not a corporate entity that is making a real estate play and modeling their rentals with cheap but photographical appointments. Danielle place caught my eye for location, and it looked comfortable and homey with a full list of amenities. What made my mind up was Danielle herself. I was more than happy to rent her place after the first message exchange and reading her bio. Immediately upon entering her place you feel her personality I highly recommend to any traveler or couple who likes a very honey feel. Everything is more than fine in terms of comfort. The small street keeps the noise from the adjacent street to a minimum. The neighborhood is full of cafes and specialty food shopping. There is ample space in the main studio and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. There’s a small terrace which is a plus. 5 stars in every category
