Monthly Rentals in 7th arrondissement

Perfect location. This apartment was just right for 2 sisters to use as home base to explore. At check in our greeter gave us all of the necessary info to get our Metro cards, close to 2 stations that we used throughout the stay. The elevator, which is rare in Parisian buildings, was key when we had heavy bags or just tired from walking all day! The apartment has everything you need, and more! Highly recommend! Was everything that was promised and more We hope to return one day and would definitely use this host again!

The staff at Paris concierge were friendly,attentive and helpful. Jessica was a great help to us as we went through the contract.- A 4 month stay! When the kettle failed we had a new one on the same day. When the bathroom sink became clogged a staff member came out in the evening and fixed the problem. Such a comfort to have a responsive team!

This place is hands-down the best possible apartment in Paris one could ever imagine. A very well structured apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building complex with Eiffel Tower right in front of your window. Everything was in a very well (or even new) state and made moving in very easy and comfortable. The check-in and check-out went perfectly smooth and the host was reacting always very fast. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when coming to Paris.

Wonderful!!! The best way to describe this apartment is a sanctuary. So peaceful and quiet, but just a few blocks from the metro, great restaurants, and the Eiffel Tower! The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the hosts are super responsive and helpful. Easy check-in, all the amenities you need, and super comfy bed! I would definitely recommend this space, and i would certainly stay again.
