Family-friendly vacation rentals in 4th arrondissement

Beautiful villa totally matches the photos and description given. We had a great weekend of ascension with friends. The outdoor layout (swimming pool, jacuzzi, large table, etc.) made it possible to get together. We would recommend this beautiful Villa, close to the beach, restaurants and town square. Nice remote welcome from the hosts with a bottle that we enjoyed.

Everything was great, lots of space, private entrance, and clean. Serge was very friendly and helpful.

Family stay at Patricia's was perfect, the children loved it, very peaceful with unobstructed views of the vineyards, the olive trees and the mountain in the background, it's even better than in the photos. The place was very clean as was the pool. We had a wonderful week.

A peaceful and relaxing place 😉 The hot tub, sauna and massage table are a plus in a perfect place to get away from our daily routine. The decor is pretty, in every room! Thank you again for the welcome, and small touches like rosé in the fridge! We will be back!

Very nice, quiet place with a. Beautiful view of the hills. Swimming pool/ping-pong/trampoline... enough to satisfy the children. The apartment was very clean and Nadine gave very good advice throughout the stay. Just remember to bring your towels, otherwise it's extra. Thanks again for this beautiful place. We'll be back!

We just spent a week at Élise and Marcel's place. Everything was fully compliant with the photos. The place is quietly located, with breathtaking views, and it is perfectly functional, very well equipped. We never had to look for anything or run out of anything. The little ones much appreciated: - air conditioning, - the perfectly impeccable pool at any time - the many outlets to charge our devices - led mirrors! Elise is a simply SOLAR host. She sparkles energy, her smile will make you happy! She was really very responsive for my few questions, and was able to guide us for a few activities. The small touches (vinegar and hospitality products) show that she goes ABOVE and beyond to make her guests happy and enjoy. We don't know yet what our 2024 vacation will be done, but if you read me, don't hesitate for a moment. Recommended +++ thanks for everything!

This is the second time I've come to Katia's and I feel so good there. Everything is well thought out and everything we need is available. The small terrace is a plus. It feels like home. The bedding is super comfortable. small WiFi program but it's okay, it's technology as we say!

A perfect stay, flexible check-in, a quality apartment and perfectly located! Very comfortable bedding and more than adequate equipment, we really enjoyed the children's bed, thank you for that. We recommend! Note: a closed bedroom (mezzanine/windowless) and two "open" bedrooms without privacy. Easy and efficient if you know each other well. ☺️ Thank you for everything, we'll be back.

What a wonderful stay in Bandol, enhanced by Alexandra's great accommodation. No complaints, undoubtedly the most beautiful setting we could have on Bandol. Perfect accommodation in EVERY way. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Lital's went very well. The place is so beautiful. Exceptional walks can be taken from the property. Lital is very welcoming and attentive to her guests. The apartment is very clean and as described. We also enjoyed the presence of the two adorable donkeys.

The house was beyond our expectations - big, clean and very comfortable. Beatrice also welcomed us and she was very friendly and gave us a lot of valuable recommendations :) it is located not so far away from Marseille in a lovely town from which you can easily move around. It was a great experience overall to stay in this airbnb and we're planning to come back :)

My stay at Cécile‘s garden house was like an escape into a little paradise. The entire property is beautiful – I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool and Cécile's wonderful breakfast. Communication was excellent, and Cécile is a very warm person – I felt very welcome. I would love to come back!

Thanks to Carine and Franck for their warm hosting and support following our son's health problems. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the region. It has a gated garden perfect for our small dog. Accommodation located in a quiet and peaceful location: great if you like tranquility like we do! Ultra comfortable bedding, it's nice to sleep well unlike other Airbnb experiences... I recommend these hosts +++ We will be happy to come back and this time for longer to discover the area. I recommend staying the week.

Elisa,s place is situated in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood above Aix town. the grounds around the property are well landscaped and private which has a great pool. The pleasant walk down hill into town is easy and takes about 25 mins. The walk back uphill takes a little longer. Elisa and Gerard are a wonderful couple and own this comfortable house. Correspondance is quick and easy. i would reccommend this place to anyone looking for a home from home in a quiet beautiful area.

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a lovely stay in Marseille at Fabrice's villa. The house is beautiful, bright, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. We were well received.

Patrick is a lovely host, always available. The only small downside is that curtains should be added to the windows and maybe the pillows should be changed as they are a little too soft.

Beautiful home and incredibly kind host! Monique was very welcoming and helpful, incredibly sweet. The location was great, there is a local bus that takes you to the center of town. Garden and backyard were beautiful and perfect place to be during the day. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Home was rustic and homely, in the heat of the summer gets a bit hot but there are fans to help. Overall incredible place and super responsive host!

Our stay was very nice with beautiful weather. The terrace and different shaded areas offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We regretted that the listing did not specify that Jérôme or his family could occupy the floor during our presence which can impair privacy. A minimum of storage space in the bedrooms would bring better comfort and allow you to open your suitcase. We would like to thank Jérôme's parents who live nearby and who were particularly pleasant and generous by offering us vegetables from their garden.
