Vacation rentals with breakfast in 4th arrondissement

Excellent stay at Patrick and Sarah's, functional accommodation, everything you need is there, on a quiet street. Very good communication with the host. We recommend it. (PS: we had plenty of hot water to take normal showers for 2 adults!)

We had an amazing stay! The house is perfect: the rooms were impeccable, with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen is super well-equipped, it had absolutely everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and very functional. The hot tub was really a big plus for relaxing, and the pool table added a great atmosphere to the evening. No complaints, everything was top notch. Again, thank you for this great experience, I would 100% recommend it!

Amandine allowed us a beautiful romantic getaway for my husband's birthday. It was just perfect, very cozy apartment, clean, well decorated and equipped, comfortable bedding, large sunny terrace with the spa which is very nice I trusted him for the decor and breakfast and it's without regret! Everything was very beautiful, warm, tastefully prepared. Breakfast was as beautiful as it was good. Amandine is also very friendly, she was attentive and did everything possible to make sure we had a good stay

Beautiful very clean and very nice house located close to the center but in a quiet area. Our stay was very pleasant and Aurélien and Agnès were very responsive and available whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend it!

Cédric is a top-notch host, gives great info and is clear, helpful, available, very kind. Clean, renovated, well-appointed accommodation, everything is there, we are close to everything and easily accessible on foot or by transport.

I rented this little studio for my daughter and granddaughter and am delighted with my choice . The cleanliness of the place was impeccable at check-in. Excellent communication with Anne, quick and clear responses. The terrace is a real asset ,perfect for enjoying the outdoors with peace of mind. Only small downside:a little noise in the lobby during the night,but that didn't spoil the stay. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate if needed to renew a rental!

Chantal is an excellent host, the flat is a good size for two people and you could stay and eat lunch or dinner their comfortably. The cupboards are very well stocked with food staples and cutlery, ironing board, hoover etc. It’s on the 16th floor and no issues with the lift. The lift not that big so may not be big enough for some if using a large wheelchair. There is no air con however due to being so high up you get a lovely breeze when you open the double glazed windows which also offer a good view of the city. The only drawback is that the area is very busy and as a result it can be noisy but that comes with being in such a central location. Only two minutes walk from the Old Port and the restaurants and bars. This is a very good size studio flat, has a separate bathroom with a shower, no bath. Chantal and her husband live on the same floor( Only two flats per floor) and are warm, polite and happy to help. If I return to Marseille I will try and stay again.

We had a great stay. The apartment is super well located a 10min walk from the old port, and in the heart of Marseille. It is also ideal for a family of 3-4 people. We'll definitely be back:) Thanks to Christophe for his kindness.

Great place! So big, very nicely decorated and superbly equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with Sylvie was totally pleasant, there were always very quick answers. Absolutely recommended!

The view is incredibly wonderful. The place is just like in the photos, incredibly clean and beautiful. The place is easily accessible by car or on foot. They were very kind, respectful, proactive, friendly, they are two very kind, generous and patient people. We felt very welcome, they helped us a lot with restaurant recommendations and they helped us get to the train station. I really recommend this place a lot. ☺️

More accustomed to renting empty accommodations, our first experience of staying with a local was a success: Blandine and Gilles were attentive and in the welcome: we were happy to share the convivial moments in the kitchen, during meals... For our hikes and outings, our hosts Ciotadens directed us well!

A wonderful stay, the environment is peaceful, Christine and Dominique are very welcoming and really made us feel comfortable. They remain discreet but it's also great to hear from them. The house is sublime, quiet, as described. It's a place you want to keep confidential! A short overnight stay but it was unforgettable.
