Total living space 54 m2. Parking space possible by arrangement. You have a seperate house entrance. Direct short connection to University/ETH, main train station (10 min.), Airport (25 min.) and the lake (10 min). We speak German, English, French and some Spanish and Italian. We prefer long term bookings.
