On the 2nd floor of this generously sized villa, I am renting out a guest room with direct access through the staircase. The listed building is a cultural asset of national importance. It is 10 meters to the lake and the public transport takes 8 minutes to reach the center of Zurich. The WC and kitchen are shared, but there is plenty of privacy thanks to a separate entrance. The apartment is ideal for 1 couple, but there is also the possibility to sleep on a sofa.

Apartment close to nature, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room

This cozy apartment is especially suitable for two couples who want to stay together. In the cozy Arvenstube with large table for 8 people, I have installed a modern gastro kitchen and equipped it with two refrigerators. Thus, each of the two double rooms has its own bathroom and in the shared and well-equipped kitchen (pine room), it has its own refrigerator for each of the rooms. The whole thing is in the middle of a beautiful garden.

Apartment Altstetten

My apartment is simple but comfortable, ideally located just 10 meters from the Tuffennweis tram and a 5-minute walk from Alstetten train station. In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.

Heart Old Town 2min to river/lake -Downtown Zürich

At the very heart of Zurich old town and city center, right by the iconic river banks and main tram lines, 4min walk from the lake and 10min walk to Paradeplatz and the main train station (Zurich Hauptbahnhof - HB), lies the apartment with a balcony on the courtyard, a large bedroom and a living space that can host a total of 1 to 4 people.

Our apartment is simply but beautifully furnished, has a green cozy balcony and is located 15 minutes away from the main train station and the city center. You can also walk into town, all along the Limmat. This part of the Limmat is also ideal for swimming:) You can go directly to the Limmat in your swimsuit, it only takes a minute.

Spacious room with history and private access to the terrace, exclusively for the guest. An office area overlooking the countryside invites you to work. The room is lockable. The sofa bed can be used as a single bed for more room or as a queen size bed.
