guesthouse is located at Gorki str. N1 in front of Zugdidi Central Botanical Garden and historic "Dadiani Palace". The air is clean and healthy. arund is a lot of georgian food shop, MC'Donalds, markets and Georgian restorants. The host is really helpful and fluent in english. The apartment is big and cozy. Everything’s new and clean. 5 minutes walk from the center.

Khatia apartment is located in a quiet place. There is a good restaurant very close. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. It is a good location. The apartment has everything necessary. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Khatia met us at the apartment and always helped us with any questions. thank you very much!

this is complete room with living room and dedicated toilet (although you need to go through corridor for) and small kitchen.. for me got everything needed, the hosting family are great and welcoming and the location is amazing just 3 min.s walk from technopark and 24/7 market.. will come there again for sure

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy, comfortable and attractive guest house!!! You can also find Mingrelian traditional style of house in the yard, which will gratify your curiosity about regional culture. Host family was very helpful. Picked me up at the station, introduced me a sincere taxi driver and showed me around their radio station(!!!) Their hospitality is one of the best memories in zugdidi. Hope to stay again in the near future!

Nice and cozy guest house with everything you need. It has several showers, which is very convenient for full check-in and quite a large courtyard with enough space for everyone. The hosts of the house are pleasant and cultured people who can be interestingly and not forced to communicate with. The house is very close to the sea, and there are some good shops on the road. We recommend it to everyone.
