Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Zubovići

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

The communication was very nice. Iva is available for any necessary information. A big thank you for all the attention paid during our stay. The weather wasn't always nice, but the kids had plenty to do in the place. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything you need is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Great place! Very peaceful and has all the amenities

We wished we had been able to stay longer! RA house is a haven of natural beauty and serenity that I would totally recommend to anybody. We stayed for a couple of nights, as part of our visit to the Plitvice lakes (which are beautiful and worth the visit) and were immediately enjoying the calm and serenity of nature at our doorstep. It was a perfect break and change of scenery between the touristy beaches & old cities of Croatia, and the city vibes of Zagreb. We only wish we had more time to stay and recharge our batteries in this lovely home for a couple more days. Communication was seamless, friendly, helpful, and always responsive, which made the entire process of our stay a breeze.

Snjeza is a super nice host. He responds quickly to questions and very nice that he makes his own olive oil and vegetables available from his own garden. Lovely house. Due to the nice weather, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were used a lot. The sports field was also super nice! From the house you can easily reach many activities. Nice change between staying "home" and going out!

We had a wonderful time at Ivan's place. The house is in the countryside, very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the calm and quiet area in which its positioned but also the fact that in a few minutes by car you could reach beaches and services. The pool was a big plus and Ivan was very nice in welcoming us, explaining the house and giving us some good restaurant advices. Overall, we had a great holiday there!

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipment includes everything you need, there were even more things than in the description. Contact with Antonia was seamless and very fast, and all of our additional wishes were fulfilled. The location is superb - beaches, several restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk, while still being quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great vacation :)

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. we picked it because it has free parking. it is not in old town but an easy 15 mins walk. host Ivan and Sanja are super nice, always responde quickly to our questions, and accommodated our check-in/check out requests. highly recommended!

The apartment has everything you need. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, but also a great base, not far from the ferry to the island of Pag and the bridge on the island of Krk, not far from the beach. Marija is a wonderful, smiling host, communicative and willing to help.

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

The place was exactly what we were looking for—clean, cozy, and stylish, with everything we needed for a relaxing and calm getaway. The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

A beautiful place with a wonderful view of Zadar and nearby islands. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated to a high standard. Hot tub available at all times. Lovely Mrs. Marina, who cared for our comfort every day. Bike rental right next door. Wonderful place to relax for everyone.

I would 100% recommend! The apartment was perfect, great location, beautiful and clean. The rooftop terrace was very nice and although it is shared, we did not meet anyone else there. We really enjoyed the host, who was proactive, made many recommendations for activities and restaurants in the city according to our tastes. Communication with him was easy and smooth. The small touches left in the apartment to welcome us on arrival immediately made us feel that we were welcome.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Rajko and his family were all really nice and friendly. They welcomed us with their home made rakija and were super friendly. Highly recommend.

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
