The apartment was very clean, pretty, has a good view, it's well located, you can literally walk from the building to ciudad de Cayalá, it's about 10min walk, a lot of security, you can cross the street without a problem, you don't need a taxi or anything like an Uber to get to ciudad de Cayalá, there is no need. We had a situation with the internet but Anne got it resolved very quickly for us, also there was no mop and she kindly stopped by to leave us a new one, every time we had a question she always replied to us very quickly, she was very attentive and kind with us, she is a great host, awesome person, we loved how she treated us, and we will definitly book with her again. We recommend her 110%. Good price, great host, we loved it! ❤️ , we want to go back soon.

Very beautiful place! We still had a Christmas decorations and The Christmas tree it was so nice! We loved the interior but wome of the cutlery stuff needed to be changed! Apart from that it was very nice stay! There was a shop downstairs, Starbucks and everything was close to the location! Also very friendly for kids, just one floor down there was a kids playground out little ones loved it! Andrea was very helpful and responsive! We definitely suggest to stay in this lovely,cozy apartment and the view was also beautiful! Mountains and sunsets ,pleasure to our eyes! Thank you very much for everything we would love to comeback one day!🫶

Nos agrado hospedarnos en el apartamento de Carlos Eduardo, el edificio es muy limpio y silencioso; el apartamento estaba limpio, muy ordenado y bien distribuido, 2TV con cable y buen internet, duchas con agua caliente. La zona no es la mejor para dar paseos a pie, pero no tan lejos hay muchos restaurantes, supermercados, gasolineras y todo lo que necesitabamos (aunque el trafico era bastante pesado casi siempre). En resumen, lo acordado al reservar fue lo recibido y supero nuestras expectativas.

if you want a place with privacy and nice views this is the place, i felt right at home but the most beautiful thing was appreciate the sunset from the porch and being able to see the world different. his place is amazing with a lot of restaurants around the corner plus close to everything with a market in the same building complex.

Fabi and Javier were the bests hosts. They were very clear with their instructions on how to get to the apartment. Always responsive with any question I had. Encantada del apto en edificio Elemento y sus amenidades. Hay una tienda de conveniencia para snack bebidas , un Cafe , sorbeteria , un restaurante Koreano y uno de comida tipica en el primer nivel del edificio . La estacion del metrobus es a pocos pasos. Un parque bonito y amplio para correr frente al edificio, hay ventas de fruta y minutas para refrescarse. La terraza es fantastica en decoracion , vistas a las montañas . Me encanto el gym equipado con lo basico. A 10 min en carro de zona 10 . Todo en perfecto estado.

Great parking space and the location felt safe and friendly. Alfonso was always very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

Un alojamiento muy agradable con una vista de la ciudad de Guatemala definitivamente la recomiendo a quienes buscan pasar tiempo en la ciudad de Guatemala. Los tiempos hacia otros lugares es muy corta y del aeropuerto queda cerca. Agradecidos con el equipo del departamento que todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Definitivamente regresaría.
