Everything is good, the place has everything you need and is quite quiet.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Karla's place was beautiful and really captured Antigua's charm. It was close enough to the center of Antigua yet quiet and private, so you can rest well. Karla was one of the best hosts I have ever had! Unfortunately, while in Guatemala, I was bit by a stray dog and had a really difficult time finding somewhere to get a rabies vaccine. Karla was a huge help to me by calling several places to try and find the vaccine for me. She definitely went above and beyond her responsibilities as a host! Would definitely recommend her place to stay at. It was one of our most favorite Airbnb's of our entire trip.

A fairly accessible place to the airport and close to the central areas of the city. They were also quite understanding and willing to help with a small accident we had, they helped us reach an agreement to resolve it. Quite friendly and a very nice place, comfortable and with everything you need.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

This was my absolute favorite Airbnb of all my travels (26 countries thus far). Every detail of Gisela’s place was thoughtful and intentional. I appreciated the creative touches and minimalist design yet having everything one could need at the same time. Opening the sliding doors for nice breezes was sublime, especially during a good read. The surrounding area is nice also, and a short walk (~15 mins) takes you to an opulent and contemporary colonial Spanish entertainment/dining area named Ciudad Cayalá that includes a very nice grocery store (La Torre). I would definitely return to Guate City just to stay in Gisela’s listing, it’s that awesome. So please go ahead and book for your next stay. Second stay with these amazing hosts and it was as perfect as the first stay! Extremely clean apartment, cozy, welcoming and everything needed for any length of stay. Very safe building with lots to do around the area. The host is the best, most friendly and kind host and she is always fast to communicate and respond. Easy check in/check out, detailed welcome message and host is very helpful and accommodating. For any guests looking to book this apartment- you will not find a more extraordinary host than she is and definitely won’t be disappointed in your stay! I highly recommend this apartment and host! Beautiful view of trees, cafe downstairs available for all meals, cool decor. Be prepared for the stairs and the automatic lights in the hallway, but absolutely great spot to stay in Guatemala City. We enjoyed the balcony and the ease of getting to other areas of the city.

I was at the place for a fairly long period, the place is excellent, super good location. Alejandra is super accessible and answers super fast to any questions that the guest may have. It is an excellent place for long and short stays. I highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful loft, really peaceful and quiet. The place was also really clean, and the host was responsive.

The apartment is located in a safe area, a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, it has everything you need to stay for several days, the rooms are very comfortable, everything is excellent, there is a very good cafe on the first floor, we would stay again in this apartment everything is excellent👍🏽. Juan Carlos is very friendly, communication with him is always good.

I recently rented this loft in Cayalá City, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The space was pristine—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony; the view was simply spectacular, offering a stunning panorama of the surrounding area. It made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One small drawback for those with elderly guests or anyone with mobility challenges is that the loft is accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator. However, if that’s not an issue for you, the loft is otherwise a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Cayalá with comfort and style.

Excellent place to stay and visit the city. The apartment has a beautiful view and is just as it appears in the photos. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Tanyara was a great host, always in communication and very attentive to any questions. She even gave us recommendations of places to visit. My husband and I definitely recommend it and would stay with Tanyara again.

The apartment was nice and as described. Willy was very responsive and helpful. Initial check in was a bit confusing; I don’t think we could have done it without our Uber driver helping us translate through the intercom. But once we had the keys it was easy getting in and out.

A peaceful place to stay away from the noise of downtown. Walkable and public transport available to downtown. Every time I’m going to the city this will be forever a place I will stay and recommend!

I just loved the place. This building is my first choice when I come to the area, but it really was my favorite. It's perfect for one or two people, it had everything I needed, wow mirrors, super comfortable, 10/10 bed, the host was amazing. I will definitely be back 🙂
