The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Great house, very comfortable. Good location, about fifteen minutes from the center by car. Very welcoming host, there is everything you need inside!

Pros: great communication, impeccable house in the category of amenities and cleanliness. Cons: the noise from the planes or the clients from the neighboring hotel, but that is not about the quality of the accommodation.

Highly recommended ! Good location, supermarket with 24/7 opening time, good (since January 2025 free) bus connection to downtown and all of Belgrade, parking (with a little luck) right in front of the house, large apartment with good facilities, fast internet, quiet neighborhood.

A really well located apartment close to various public transportation, good restaurants and touristic sights, the apartment is modern inside various amenities above and beyond what I would normally expect and I beautiful view over the river. It was perfect for our group of 5 friends and the host was extremely welcoming giving us lots of information about local public transportation and very flexible with checking in and out.

First of all, thanks to Alex’s communication and recommendations, we had a very comfortable trip. It was a nicely furnished apartment that allowed us to have a really pleasant time. The kitchen was sufficient for two people. Having air conditioning on both the lower and upper floors was another great feature. Its location was excellent, very close to many places worth visiting. Apartment was very modern and luxury decorated, and its better than pictures. Beds are very comfortable and view from balcony is spectacular. We really enjoyed, and for sure will come back anytime when visiting Belgrade. Big recommendation

The apartment and bedrooms are all very spacious with large comfortable beds. It is also located amongst many nice bars and restaurants. We were able to check in considerably early and dragana welcomed us on arrival and provided many interesting recommendations that we otherwise wouldn’t have come across.

This is the perfect Airbnb for exploring Belgrade. Located in a cute neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and the old town a short walk away. The Airbnb itself is huge and has everything you need to be comfortable. Aleksandra is an excellent host, as she was super responsive and provided many detailed instructions, including plenty of guides on what to check out in Belgrade. We highly recommend!!!

Nenad's apartment is truly THE perfect place in novi beograd. It is just a 2-3 minute walk to a convenience market, a green/fresh market, and many other mini stores around town. We had to do so many things during our stay and everything was easy because we could get them done quickly because of the location. The balcony is great for views and for hosting family/friends. I really enjoyed this apartment and hope to visit again!
