The place itself was amazing with incredible views. The location was perfect just steps from the ski lift and a short walk to the center of town. There was some miscommunication during check-in which caused us to not be able to get in until 5 pm but other than that we would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, we're coming back here for the second time already. Beautiful appliances in a fabulous location. There is everything you need for a good rest and life. Very convenient location, all infrastructure is nearby. We were met by an extraordinary woman Marika, she is very pleasant, sweet and as a real hostess keeps the whole house clean and tidy and takes care of every guest. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again :)

The place is beautiful! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only thing that irritated us a little was the check in and out times. Check-in is only from 4 pm.. whereby we could only arrive later due to work anyway, but check out 10 o'clock, is quite sporty.. Had this, not really on the screen and slept, then I contacted the host and explained that we slept in and would only check out around 10:30. 10:25 a man knocks on and goes to the chalet to clean the hot tub without further words. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, which has gone down with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas'. The views here are stunning. The house is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We lacked nothing. We can recommend a hike to Lake Prinzensee and we also enjoyed the Kralleralm very much. We'll be happy to come back🤗

Emma was excellent. Apartment is in a great location. 5 minute walk to nearby apres ski, restaurants, lake front, and about 7 minutes away from the ski hill. Apartment would fit 4 comfortably. Pricey, but every hotel/airBnB in Zell am see is expensive. Would recommend and stay at again.

We had a great stay and were very warmly received by Josef. He immediately gave us helpful tips for the area and there was also a printed map of the ski bus, which helped us a lot. The storage for our skis in the hallway was perfect and very convenient.

Great place for a summer or winter vacation. Very nice surroundings with many possibilities. The cottage had everything you need - and more. The tiled stove and fireplace are particularly great for relaxing evenings by the fire. For 2 people + dog also the right size. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, we were there just when the weather was very bad for a few days and stormed, so we could not use the outdoor kitchen. Birgit was available and made us feel comfortable. Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Nice, spacious apartment that had everything we needed. Ski storage room with boot dryer. Walked to the main lift and restaurants. Was a great choice for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay - the apartment is exactly as described. The communication was flawless, even beyond because we had forgotten something that was kindly sent to us. The terrace with the views is the absolute highlight of the apartment. In 10 minutes, you can reach the elevator in Zell and enjoy the mountains. Restaurants are very well represented in Kaprun in about 15/20 minutes. We would always come back and can highly recommend it!

We booked the place for a weekend. The communication and check-in were super straightforward. Everything was clean and tidy. In addition, the accommodation offers lots of space. In the garden we were greeted by the two ducks and were able to listen to the stream. We will be happy to come back :)

We had 4 days in Erich’s very nice apartment. We felt very comfortable and the apartment is very clean, the beds are very nice and the view is wonderful. Erich is a very sweet and friendly host, who makes you feel very welcome. The apartment is very well equipped, there’s is everything you need. It is very close to the bus that goes to Zell am see center. Thank you for the nice holiday.

Was very nice, were in Kössen for a wedding. Can imagine that you can easily switch off here. It is very easy to keep, you should be aware of that. Johannes is a totally nice and flexible host! And the neighborhood is incredibly clean!

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.
