Alexa and Anna’s family owned place is a gift to anyone who stays here. I can’t recommend it highly enough. They have created a beautiful and nurturing environment and have thought of everything you might need from a beautiful display of bulk herb teas and coffee to a swimming pool surrounded by gorgeous flowers, a terrace for enjoying the view, a spa with many things that you can use for no additional cost like an infrared room and massage chairs. The rooms are comfortable and ours had a lovely view. You can walk to town from there and also to various hikes. There are bikes free to use and a playground for kids. Even though they can accommodate 70 people , you really feel the personal touch and connection with the members of the family who own and run it. The bedroom what spacious, quiet, had A well stocked kitchen with nice dishes and glasses. Unlike some places there were plenty of spaces to hang things up including for wet clothing. It was 10 out of 10 on the cleanliness scale.

Living room space is a bit small for 4 adults but we were only 2 so it was perfect. Apartment was clean and as advertised Location was great Highly recommend a stay here for a ski trip

The accommodation was as described, a beautiful view from the terrace to the mountains, everything was clean, easy to find. Romana was waiting for us, very kind, recommended us what to see in the area. I recommend the accommodation.

We had a fantastic ski holiday. We were welcomed relaxed, so we felt right at home. The children (and we) really liked the animals. In particular, Rosa, Kiera (dogs) and the cat wanted to be petted. The kids couldn't get enough of it. The sauna and the dip in the swimming pond was very nice to do. The service was top notch, the girls and Micheala were extremely helpful and nice. The mattresses were immediately changed when we indicated that we could not sleep on them. Then we had top mattresses. In the evening, play a game in the guest room and have a friendly chat. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. It was beyond our expectations. We look back on a wonderful experience!

Very nice reception and had a nice conversation right away. The property is as described and has a good value for money. We booked the property to ski on the Kitzsteinhorn. In 20 minutes, you can reach the ski resort at the valley station by car. It is also nice that there is an attached drying room for the ski utensils. Glad to come back

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who was available to help us at all times. Breakfast was rich and varied – perfect to start the day. The flexible check-out also delighted us, as we were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. An absolute highlight was the beautiful wellness area – modern, well maintained and perfect for the necessary portion of relaxation. All in all, a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday in Zell am See. We will definitely be back!

We loved the room/hotel. The Spa that's included is absolutely amazing! It was so much bigger and well-equiped than we expected. Breakfast was also really good. Also very nice that we could park in the garage. The lady from the reception was the best! She suggested so many great restaurants, both on the slopes and in town and helped us with reservations. Would highly recommend!! Communication with Peter was great, we always received a clear reply quickly.

Super Hotel, super Lage. The adjacent Kitzsteinhorn ski area with glacier guarantees a ski holiday is guaranteed. Breakfast at the hotel was very tasty and the wellness area invites you to relax after a day of skiing. Great stay, anytime.

Very clean and modern place. Perfect for a ski holiday as the gondola, sports shop, apres ski, restaurant and much more is nearby.

Beautiful room, sparkling clean, almost next to the ski lift and upstairs a fantastic restaurant.

We used the family room during our stay. The spa was excellent, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing time with our children in the pool. We’d definitely like to return in the future.

Great place to stay in the immediate vicinity of the bike park. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We also had two toddlers with us who felt very comfortable. The wellness area is very modern and well designed, also the outdoor pools were great. We will be happy to come back.

Markus was a great host. Good communication and really helpful. The apartment was basic, but clean with all required amenities. Nice to have all the hotel facilities like, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, bar and shop. Perfect apartment for a week skiën in de hochkönig ski area.
