Everything was good, clean, secure, thank you very much.

We did not meet Ana Caludia but the process of check in and check out was very easy. The place looks safe thanks to a security of the buylding. The location is very good in the centre, there is a grocery store near and the ocean bay (Baia) with the National Bank buylding. The apartment was very good prepared and clean so we did not need to contact Ana with additional questions. Internet was working too. One living room is for guests and second living room is not for guests to use. Very nice is also the living room, which is available too. Comparing with the standards of the city of Luanda, this is a very high level of accomodation. It is on the fifth floor with a lift that was working. We were not offered a free pick up from the airport, which would be extremely helpful as the city transport is quite a challenge for a tourist.

Anyways… Lovely accommodation and a very comfy bed which was perfect as I'd travelled a long way and was exhausted! Staff were lovely too. Beautiful new building, very friendly,caring,welcoming environment, professional staff and great location-5 minutes away from the Luanda’s airport,Warm and comfortable studio house/room. This is my second time in Angola ( my home )and thanks to the J&J Conforto,I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding,exactly what I was looking for!!I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me and to accommodate my needs. I had the freedom of having day time guest and I was given the opportunity to invite someone else,to spend the night if I wanted (not the case however I had the choice). Great Holiday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d like to thank Adrianus, Dickson and sister Ana Bela for a lovely and warm welcome. I returned home with a full heart, as a good vacation starts with good accommodation and I felt like I was in my own home, all clean, tidy and with clear instructions! I emphasise the availability to resolve any questions I had were dealt with promptly! Safe in terms of security, clean and close to everything I needed. I must also give a big SHOUTOUT to sister Ana Bela for her professionalism towards my family as they absolutely adored Ana Bela, it was as if they knew each other from before. We had an amazing two-week stay at Michael's Airbnb in Luanda. He was a friendly and responsive host, always ready to assist us. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed for our group of seven. Its peaceful location provided a retreat from the bustling city, while still being conveniently close to Talatona and downtown Luanda. There were supermarkets nearby, and the garden and spacious patio were perfect for dining and relaxing. The presence of professional security and helpful maid, Francesca, made us feel safe and welcome. The pool table and foosball table added to our enjoyment. Overall, Michael's Airbnb provided an excellent experience and comes highly recommended for future travelers to Luanda.

Fantastic apartment in a very central location. Short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Wonderful, welcoming host.

The apartment is nice and cozy. Even though there is some problem inside the apartment but Mateus solve it next day. The location is super convenient and we parked my car just outside the building few days and nothing happened. Recommended.
