Vacation rentals with beach access in Zambratija

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

We are completely satisfied! With the navigation system, we found the address without any problems... Even the check-in worked out great. We arrived early and were still able to check in early and were personally greeted by Dominick! Recommendations for the area were also given to us directly. For two people, the place is perfect and nothing was missing. Besides, it was really super clean, we had nothing to complain about. It is an absolutely quiet area which was great for us. The apartment is so centrally located that you can reach many great places and beaches within a few km. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—including excellent Italian coffee and a great selection of herbal teas. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, the pier, and all the charming spots around town. After a rainy morning of truffle hunting before check-in, the hot shower was absolutely heavenly. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj!

Donatella's apartment was a dream. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Donatella provided us with two bikes. This makes everything very easy to reach and you can take great excursions. The apartment was very clean and maintained. Donatella is super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

Super apartment, in a quiet location yet close to the beach, with private parking and storage facilities for bicycles, etc. Perfect for family.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea House in Izola. The place is very cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very helpful with parking and Wi-Fi and responded quickly to our questions. The house is in the historical city centre just 3 minutes from the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely, romantic spot for a relaxing getaway!

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

the area is residential. Private indoor parking priceless. Breathtaking views and huge super equipped terrace. The sofa bed is also comfortable. Susanna is a fabulous host, available for anything, and ready to solve every little problem. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a food "survival kit" so you don't have to run shopping right away. Trieste has great drinking water that you don't need to buy. The surroundings do not offer much at the moment but the new museum center is a stone's throw away as well as the bus stop. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can see all the Skyline of Trieste. Good starting point to visit Giant Grotta and Miramare

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

Great apartment with a lovely view of the sea! Walking distance to Piran. We had a lovely 2 night break.

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Rustic place right at the heart of Umag

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment that exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean and tidy, with attention to every detail. Nothing was really missing — from the coffee machine to the toaster, from the dishwasher to the other small appliances that make everything more comfortable and functional. But the real highlight was the view: looking out over the marina every morning was simply wonderful, a relaxing and evocative sight that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thanks to Annalisa and Sandro for their hospitality, availability and kindness. We really felt at home and hope to be back soon!
