A new, unique, atmospheric semi-detached cottage completed for Christmas 2023. Äkäsvilla is a log cabin for quality-conscious holidaymakers in the new Röhkömukanmaa area in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. The cottage accommodates 6+2 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails (500m), slopes (1.5km) and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen facing the northern sky, you can admire the mountain landscape and, and in the evenings, you can see the starry sky and the northern lights. The store is 3km away.

The cottage is located on a beautiful mountain slope and in the peaceful Kaulavaara area in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. The cottage's windows overlook a beautiful mountain landscape and the terrace offers a view of the Kuertunturi. The cottage is within walking distance of the village centre and is located at the end of the road in a very quiet location. The area is surrounded by excellent hiking trails, ski trails, mountain biking trails, groomed winter biking and snowshoe trails and snowmobile trails.

An atmospheric log cabin by the River Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cabin accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs there's a hallway, a kitchen-living room with a great fireplace, a sauna, a bathroom, a toilet, and a bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each overlooking nature.

KORPI - in the middle of Äkäslompolo village

Completed in the fall of 2021, the cottage-like and cozy terraced apartment is an excellent base for holidays. The apartment has a central location, so you can easily reach shops, restaurants, safari companies and equipment rentals on foot. The airport and train bus will take you almost to the driveway. Ski bus stops are also just as close. The apartment is ideal for two and also works well for families. Linen and towel sets can be ordered separately for 20 e/person/booking.
