Beautiful surroundings and cottage!

The property is tastefully decorated and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. One of the bedrooms is small and does not offer a way to store luggage. However, there are plenty of possibilities in the rest of the apartment. The sauna is fantastic. A car is recommended, but overall the apartment is wonderful and is definitely worth a visit! We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Usva. It is a lovely wooden cottage in a quiet area (at least in summer-time) nearby Ylläsjärvi and Äskälompolo. The house is very well maintained and has a full kitchen. There is a wooden patio with a beautiful view into the forest. Squirrels and reindeer can be watched in the morning and evening. The car can be parked next to the house. Communication with Heidi was always friendly and she responded very quickly. We highly recommend Heidi and Villa Usva.

I spent an extended weekend with my husband in Johanna's apartment. The location of the apartment is really good and close to all services and outdoor destinations. The apartment is well-equipped, so we found everything you need. Johanna was very easy to communicate with as she always responded quickly and clearly. Johanna also found flexibility when I needed it. Highly recommend.

Very clean and compact cottage. Room for two to stay and eat. Great for storing gear and resting between activities. Shop, credit routes, and other Ylläs services very close by.

We adored our stay in this beautiful cabin. The window bed is a place of dreams - we were lucky enough to view the Northern Lights! We also enjoyed being able to partake in the tradition of a cold swim in the lake & sauna. A true gem.

Good beds and good equipment. Nothing necessary is missing. The location was perfect for us. A short trip to Kätätunturi. A spacious kitchen, bathroom, and dryer closet allow for independent stay and skiing.

The house is a dream. We were allowed to spend a week in it and would come back again and again. The view from the living room offers a lot of nature and from time to time reindeer;) Unfortunately, there are many construction sites in the neighborhoods at the moment, but they have a low noise emission, which was very nice. The place has everything as shown in the pictures. The living space is great and the communal space can be used very well. There is everything you need in an Airbnb, except a tea towel (but you don't urgently need due to the dishwasher). We were also able to use the in-house sledges in October, which is a great plus of this Airbnb. So we are very happy to have found this house and to spend the time in it. We highly recommend it to other guests.
