A grandma's cottage in a beautiful location on the shore of Nilakka, a child-friendly low beach and a cottage sauna with an atmosphere "on the water". On the sauna terrace, there is a hot tub that can be rented separately (remember to check availability). As landscape caretakers, we have a flock of sheep near the cottage or on the main farm, the village road runs through the 3ha cottage plot, but the location is still very peaceful. The holding is 0.5km from the horse farm in a small idyllic village of Savo. In the summer, the cottage can accommodate a larger group, ask for more!

The cottage has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, toilet, laundry room and sauna downstairs. The upstairs has an open loft, so there's room for a larger group to sleep if needed. The cottage comes with electricity and water. The air source heat pump heats up in the winter and cools in the summer. There's also a fireplace.

Small beach cottage with sauna

The small cottage in the yard of our house, right on the lake shore, has electricity, no indoor toilet. The sauna water is taken from the lake with a pump, but drinking water is available from the main house faucet. One of the beds is 160 cm and the other is a sofa bed. You have access to a rowing boat and one (or 2) lightweight kayaks. Swimming shoes are recommended on the beach (small stones at the beginning). The city is 15 km away and the village of Siilinjärvi is about 8 km away. The nearest store is about 4 km away and the service station is 3.7 km away.

Enjoy the Finnish nature and pure lakeside landscape in our compact and comfy cottage. Located right on the shore of Syväri lake (using the rowing boat is complimentary) you can go fishing, swimming... or cross country skiing in the winter. Our cottage has one room with a sofa-bed for 2 (a baby bed available upon request), fire place, kitchenette and a dinner table. There's a spacious bathroom and sauna, as well as a large terrace. Running hot and cold water, electric heating in the winter, airconditioning in the summer and free Wi-Fi. Original Finnish sauna with a wood heated stove and hot water container in a separate building with a magnificent view to the lake. No shower. Hot tub for rent.
