The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Esteas place was wonderful! The host was very responsive. Everything needed was provided and there were even some extra touches that really made the place great! Super easy check in and check out. The location is a bit far from restaurants, shops so having a car would be helpful, but the area is great/safe and peaceful. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.

The Estea property was lovely, cosy apartment. Very clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. Great location, comfy bed, and friendly host. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Would happily return and highly recommend!

We loved the place! The location is really excellent – central, but still quiet, and many highlights are within walking distance. The contact with the host was absolutely straightforward and lightning fast – every question was answered immediately. Also in terms of cleanliness, there was nothing to complain about, everything was super well maintained and inviting. We would come back anytime! The only drawback: the loungers by the pool were partially broken and a little uncomfortable, but that wasn't bad for us 😊

Using google map took me to the place pretty perfect, using apple map didn’t work The home was lovely. Everything you need is there. So leave home the hair dryer! And the iron! lol It’s an easy to reach spot to the beaches or to drive out! Well worth the apartment choice!

Cozy flat in a wonderful location. The apartment is perfectly located—close to both the city center and the sea. Although it’s part of a residential complex, the windows face a green area rather than the pool, making it quiet and peaceful. Magdalena was incredibly responsive and helpful with any requests I had. Highly recommended!

Great base for exploring Paphos and the surrounding area. Heiko was very helpful and responded quickly when messaging. Would recommend highly!

We had a lovely few nights at Hanne’s, a lovely location and a modern and clean apartment. The big outdoor space was a huge plus! 😊

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

The apartment was just sensational. The highlight was the breakfast, which Marianna put in front of the door at 9am. Every day something different, very high quality and prepared with a lot of love. This will always be remembered. Thank you Marianna🙏😊. We can recommend this apartment or rather "penthouse" to anyone without restriction. If we are in Cyprus again, we will definitely book this beautiful penthouse again 😊

Great, quiet apartment. Well located from the bus station( about 3 minutes), from where you can drive to Paphos, Aphrodite baths, etc.; not far from the Papantonio supermarket. Walking distance to the sea is about 20-30 minutes( return road to the slide)- and this is the only disadvantage for me personally. The apartment is spacious. The living room and bedroom has air conditioning which was very relevant in July. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is fully stocked( necessary kitchen utensils, glasses). There is a toaster, oven, stove, great fridge. Washing machine , iron, iron. Anyway, it feels like home. Spacious balcony where it's nice to sit in the evening when the heat comes down.
