Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yelapa

It exceeded my expectations, clean, everything works well, a special place. The best sunsets are on Punta Negra beach. Good communication with the staff. We had a great time.

If you find yourself looking for a place to stay in the middle of everything, this is the place! The location is right in the center of everything, walkable area with just about everything you can imagine within the area. The view is unlike any other, you can wake up to the sound of waves crashing, beautiful sunlight streaming through the windows/sliding doors. Victor is an incredibly helpful host between early check in/recommendations. Like others have mentioned it gets LOUD at night until around 5am. If you are a light sleeper you may have a better time in the room closest to the kitchen as well as the couch. A beautiful space in such an entertaining area nonetheless and gives you plenty of opportunity to do so many things. Thank you Victor for your accommodations and being so quick to respond to us. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

The place was exactly as advertised. Close to everything with an incredible view! AC worked well & the bed was comfortable. There’s many stairs to walk up and it can be a bit loud since you’re right in town. I highly recommend Casa Romina!

The rooftop was awesome, very easy check in and close to town. Was a little loud with a dog barking and street noise but the vibe was great and I would book it again! Thanks Oscar!

The place great. The building had excellent amenities and felt safe and clean. The area was active and fun to walk around. Overall, a great stay.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Very nice place, private and with good facilities. Incredible views, you really feel at home.

The dipping pool and view were a highlight for us. The apartment was very charming and checked all of our boxes. The road to the unit is steep but it’s a short incline that we managed in our sandals regularly. The noise at night from the bars was loud so have earplugs or headphones (I did a white noise out of mine to sleep). Sayulita is very walkable and there are a couple different beaches to take advantage of. We did a guided trail walk with yoga on the beach with Wanderlust the first day which was a great start to the trip. We also took an Uber to the Monkey Mountain hike. Would come back again and stay with Greg.

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

Stayed at Louis-philippe's place in PVR. The place itself was as described, looked modern, was clean, check in was easy and smooth. shout-out security who were friendly. we we're provided a parking spot, which can be hard to get into, but as long as your are careful should be easy. This location is close to some restaurants, it's very close to grocery stores. easy to navigate if you are driving or taking an Uber. it's north of the Malecón, it's a long walk (30-40 mins) so we just drove. overall a s great stay

Jerome’s place is by far the best place I’ve stayed at in PV!! The views are amazing and the place has everything you need - huge bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and living room, and to top it off the private pool! Had so much fun celebrating my birthday and pride with friends. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

I cannot express what a wonderful experience we had in this unit at Pier 57. From the ease of booking and advanced communication with the host to the spectacular accommodations, it was a perfect stay. Christian is an amazing host, who truly went above and beyond to ensure this vacation was memorable. The unit was immaculate, well stocked, and looked even better than the beautiful pictures posted. You can tell the host takes pride in the property, and that is a win for the guests. I recommend this unit very highly, and no, you will have just as an amazing experience as we did!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .
