The service with César was very good the days we stayed, there were only some problems with some neighbors who were not at all empathetic, the pool was rarely cleaned every day and it showed with the garbage that accumulated at the bottom which made us not use it for a full day, maybe what would make the stay much better than it was is that there was for example a blender, more kitchen utensils, otherwise I would return again to spend the holidays.

The garden is amazing and has very nice views of the Tepoztlán mountains. The pool was great. A great option to relax, unwind and spend family time. The house is beautiful, just like in the photos, very nice and clean, spacious. There were 10 of us and two dogs who were happy with the beautiful garden it has. My recommendation is that you bring everything so as not to leave the house, since going down to Oaxtepec is a bit far away, home delivery from a nearby store outside the subdivision, we got a scorpion, we solved it with insecticide, without blaming the host. The pool water is colder than warm. But it has a boiler for an extra charge. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Thanks for having us!
