Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Yautepec Municipality

We rented this house to have a family reunion, where we celebrated my mom's birthday. My family and I liked it very much, since we didn't have to leave the place to have fun. There is a pool, a little small, but enough for the 6 people who went. We had a barbecue and a campfire at night. We loved that it was super dog-friendly and had enough room for them to be comfortable and have a good time too. Everything was very clean and tidy. There were good amenities such as internet and TV in several bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of parking space, where we put two cars without a problem. In addition, the host was very kind and was always attentive. We will definitely be back.

The host attended to us very quickly, in terms of the opening and the area is very quiet, we had everything, literally, we felt at home, my family was delighted with the terrace, the garden and the fish, and not to mention the living room, the armchairs are for sleeping all day😅, thank you very much to Inge and Diana for treating us so well and being attentive, we will definitely return 🥳

Nice house. It's nicer than the pictures. The barbecue area is great because you can spend time with everyone while they are in the pool or in the rest area. They already put a tent by the pool with a table and chairs. It was great to be able to have lunch and dinner there and enjoy the day without getting burned by the sun. The attention of the engineer Francisco was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Always attentive at all times. The pool water is cold, but it's usually so hot in the area that it's a good contrast. The garden is large, and you can ask for a volleyball net to be put up (we found out at the end). The house has fans, televisions, a blender, a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a toaster and even a popcorn maker. The kitchen has many utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery. I recommend bringing a speaker for the garden, although you could also just put the TV in the barbecue area. I think we'll be back soon.

The stay at Casa Los Arcos was excellent, we had a very pleasant weekend, the house had all the amenities, the pool was clean and with a good temperature, everything was very nice. You can tell that the house has constant maintenance, I would definitely come back without thinking.

Very good accommodation for families or “large” groups, the facilities are very clean and the house is very good to rest for a few days. The large, clean pool. Hopefully they'll install air conditioning soon, 🙏🏻 although with the fans it was fine for the time we were there. Andrea is a very good host. A very nice and private place to rest with your family, the backyard patio is very nice and access to the pool is a few steps away from the house, we would definitely come back again. Just like a wish list, it would be luxurious that check-out could be later, so I would give you time to enjoy that last day of everything nice that the fractionation offers. But everything was amazing. When I knew I was carrying my baby, he immediately offered me to place a cot to make my baby sleep more comfortable, that's something that is worth a lot and I thank Sony infinitely

Everything seemed excellent, from the arrival, the place, the attention of the people who welcomed us, the proximity to everything we needed, only the detail that we were unlucky because the pumps to heat the pool burned just before our arrival, but the hosts were very aware and friendly to compensate for us made a return for the situation, so I recommend 100, we will definitely be back soon...

How to describe how amazing Fernando’s peaceful sanctuary is? Not only is the place stunning, comfortable, HUGE, Fernando and the people that are there every day are so attentive to every detail and so generous. It felt like being in your private summer, while being pampered and welcomed into family. We had complete privacy but if we needed ANYTHING it was taken care of immediately and incredibly kindly. We will be coming back again and again. Fernando's sanctuary is that, a sanctuary. The space is beautiful, with so many distinct corners offering more and more connecting spaces. From the PH terrace, to the pool with living room and huge kitchen, to a huge garden with another terrace overlooking the river and a barbecue. All that is wonderful but the most wonderful thing is the care of Fernando, Horacio and every person who is attentive to every detail. We felt right at home, we didn't want to go! And we want to return again and again. The affection for this place is noticeable and extends to each person
