The host was very kind to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family enjoyed it very much and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to light the barbecue, I would rent it again without a doubt, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the Las Estacas and Santa Isabel spas.

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very good and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the front desk. Honestly, the place is very complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is fine.

Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

The apartment is located in a very quiet area but at the same time, well connected and easily accessible. The small cafeteria on the top floor is a great option for a homey and economical destination that allows you to enjoy the place more. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, a great advantage to have a washer/dryer. The appliances are new and everything works great. The host is always attentive and accessible to communicate with us. The building's security staff is very friendly and responsive. Thank you!

Our stay at this property was incredible. We felt very secure, with a private gate guard and our own parking spot. The massive heated pool was the best part. Food and drinks were easily available. The location is convenient. A police station was at the subdivision entrance, and multiple convenience stores were nearby. Inside, the home had natural light from skylights in the kitchen and second bathroom. The AC units worked well, and hot water was always available. The area was quiet, with only bird sounds in the mornings. Driving to Cuernavaca was easy. Our host was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this property, especially for families. The pool, security, and convenience make it an excellent choice.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

Adriana’s place was so nice. One of our main concerns was having a place with AC. We had a hard time turning on one of the AC units but Adriana replied within 5 min and had the AC running perfectly. We loved how responsive and understanding Adriana was. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cool clean place to stay during the summer.

A quiet and beautiful place, there was privacy, the only bad thing is that if you don't go in your own car the only way to get to the accommodation is by taxi and sometimes some overcharge. From there on out, the manager received us and was attentive, and was very kind, in addition to the fact that the house is very cool and comfortable.

The place is amazing, at the beginning I think it's worth asking José for instructions on arrival in case there are any doubts because he stops answering, but when you arrive everything is under control and there are staff who help you. The house is wonderful

Everything is great. The house is exactly as described. Very good location. Israel is super attentive to everything. We thought the pool was dirty but Israel told us that it had rained days before and even offered to take the person who cleans it to make sure everything was fine. Really, everything was very comfortable.
