It is a very pleasant villa that offers all the facilities. Everything is thought out, 3-4 families can have a pleasant time.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

We found the place easily, Ms. Mine was interested, the house was clean and there was everything to be found in a house, the pool was clean and warm in the house, it was so, even watching a movie in front of the fireplace, we had a good time as a family, we recommend 🙏🏻

I would say think once again about the peace of mind you will have in this place, the happiness that nature will create, the comfort of the jacuzzi, and the refreshment that the pool will provide. It is an exquisite place, only 2 km from the center. I swear you will not regret going there, but I cannot prove it. I would like to thank Ms. Elif and Mr. Cem for their interest and concern.

It was in a really nice location in Sapanca, the grocery stores were within walking distance of the town, close to Sapanca Lake, Ms. Sena greeted us at the door and explained the house in a great way. We were always in touch in case we needed it, it was raining, there was a windstorm from time to time, but the pool was warm and pleasant. The depth of part of the pool was very ideal, my 1.5-year-old niece sat in the water and played games. The fact that the bathroom was a Turkish bath was a tremendous experience. The house is very simple, very stylishly furnished. A house where 2 families can stay comfortably if they have children. There is a very nice gazebo with a fire pit in the garden, the lighting of the house, the garden lighting is all great. Thank you Ms. Sena 🌸

It is a lovely place, very big, lots of beds, very clean and a very nice e pool and bbq area, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Mr. Ahmet was very interested in everything. The view from the house is amazing..

There were large and small markets, butchers and greengrocers, where we could shop very close to the center. Despite this, the location of the house did not have a very isolated city sound. You start with the sounds of birds. It was also not very far from the walking trail for hikers. Everything in the house was stolen and as described. The hot pool was 7-24 hot :)

A great place in a central location:) There is both a natural gas fireplace, air conditioning and underfloor heating. Even just the underfloor heating was enough. She runs a very sweet family. They are incredibly understanding and smiling. You can go to the grocery store on foot. But by car, you can reach the street with big markets and cafes in 2 minutes. Highly recommended :)

We had a great 4 days. Everything was very nice. Everything has been considered in the house. Ideal for large families and friend groups. We had a very enjoyable time. The view is amazing. The host, Ms. Elif, was very caring. Mr. Osman was helpful with everything. We were greeted warmly and sent off with a friendly face. Thank you so much for everything.

Ms. Esma is a really good host. Our stay went better than we had hoped for. We felt at home and it was a peaceful house. We had everything we needed and every detail was considered. From the moment we booked, she was very helpful and very caring. We will definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.

Peaceful environment. Great view. The host is very good. The roads are a little rough and too far from any grocery store. Do your shopping and come for everything. The wifi doesn't work very well, but it gets 4.5g.

We stayed one night and were very pleased. The house was immaculate and very nicely furnished. The pool was also quite clean and although it was cold, we never got cold because it was heated.
