On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

A studio suited for couples and especially for families with young children, they love the space. It is an easy drive 2 hours south from Perth. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
