Pera's place is very nice, comfortable and well located. There is a beautiful park and the seaside nearby, good transport connections within the Asian part and to the European part, plenty of shopping and eating out opportunities. Pera was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Great place and very friendly owner. It was very clean and light in the middle, the same apartment looks new and stylish. It was so nice to be in the house that I did not want to go to the street with😄 a cool balcony on which the sofa stood (which was incredibly pleasant to see because in the photo there were chairs in the balcony) The accommodation is very easy to find, I liked the area, parks, the sea, which is good for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Nearby there are establishments and nice parks, metro, ferries, supermarket, and everything you need. I highly recommend this home☺️

Do not hesitate to book! Worth every penny of it! Cozy flat in a lovely neighborhood of Istanbul, with all the amenities one may need in a flat... Unbeatable location, just across the street tram and bus stops, u can get easily to any point pf Istanbul with public transport. Flat itself was very clean and had a well equiped kitchen. Furkan, as a host was always ready to help, if we asked for it... All in all, the flat itself and the host both exceeded my expectations...

A very nice house in a quiet street, 5 minutes by car to the train station in Kadıköy and Kadıköy center. The house is spacious, clean and well-maintained. When you need help or have a question, you get a quick response. For a place to stay, considering it's so spacious, well-maintained, and centrally located, it's worth the price.

We loved our stay in the Old Town of Istanbul. The location was perfect, right near the Blue Mosque. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Strong communication with our host. Beds comfortable. Clean. A nice sitting area to relax after walking and exploring. Thanks so much Yavuz.

Wonderful stay near Galataport—perfect location with easy access to T1 tram, fenicular, and bus stops. Reaching anywhere in Istanbul is effortless. The unit has a large window with a beautiful Bosphorus view, cozy plants, and a desk perfect for work-vacation. The host kindly allowed early check-in when I asked to drop my luggage. Tips: - Get funicular to taksim square – T1 to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar – T1 + T5 to Pierre Loti cable car – T1 to Eminönü, then ferry to Kadıköy (highly recommended). Go 30 mins before sunset—stay on the boat for magical sunset views, no need to get off at kadikoy and fery will take you to Eminönü or just get off at Karaköy. Be sure to explore the area—some stairs, but rewarding views and hidden local spots. Light music from the café below on weekends, but easy to overlook when you’re out enjoying the city. The stay, location, and small details all came together to make the experience smooth, comfortable.

The place is right in the middle of Şişli and so many restaurants to walk to. Gokan was absolutely amazing with recommendations and local knowledge. Even while I was out and needed help he would help me get to where I was going or recommend easier ways to get there, or better places.

Host was really polite, welcoming and with a great story to tell. I visited with my hunsband and mum, was really nice be able to back to our place everytime we wanted.

Gizem's apartment is beautiful. The balcony overlooks a beautiful green courtyard and the living room gets lots of sun during the day. The apartment is very thoughtfully and lovingly furnished and has everything anyone might need or want. Gizem herself is very thoughtful too - she left some treats behind for me and my children, and thought to remove a glass table and put in a carpet instead. She answered all our questions immediately and even checked in with us once or twice (we stayed for a whole month). The apartment is close to lots of cafes and, crucially for us, about a five-minute walk from the Yogurtcu park playground.

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

We had a fantastic stay in May - perfect time to go, great weather! The location is excellent — great for walks around the coast. Surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants, and just a stone’s throw from a grocery store, which made everything super convenient. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel right at home. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love that there are heaps of playgrounds just a short walk away. Highly recommended for small families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay on the Asia side.

this apartment is a great value, has everything you need for a short to medium stay plus it is not overpriced, like many others in Istanbul. the location is close to the HavaIst #9 bus stop in Avcilar and there are many restaurants, banks and a large shopping mall nearby. I especially liked very convenient access to the building via smart lock and flexible self check-in/out without having to meet/wait for any one. I highly recommend this place.
