Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

Stunning property! This house has been built and finished to a very high standard. It is very comfortable and close enough to town for a quick run into town for anything you need, but also far enough to provide a very private and peaceful stay. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay again!

Blue gum hideaway was a fabulous place for our family get together with plenty of room for 4 couples. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for at home meals. The outdoor area was magnificent for games, fire pit, watching the night sky, admiring the visitors of birds and kangaroos and just enjoying nature. The peacefulness, privacy and serenity of the area was appreciated. We would highly recommend to family groups. Hosts were quick to help out and communicate. Wonderful memories made!

Great stay, have not been in the region for over a decade and I will definitely be back. Yallingup is a perfect base being so close to Dunsborough, Busselton and not much farther from Margaret River and surrounds. there is so much to do and it is all so close. The property is really great and honestly the photos do not do it justice. The unit is subdivided from a massive shed and is extremely new and well furnished, ceiling is extremely high. You can help yourself to firewood and make a fire in the pit or borrow equipment for water sports if you so wish. I chose this Airbnb over the others as I was able to use a power point from the shed to charge my EV saving me time to do not things in the area. Michelle is a great host and always easily reachable. My only nitpick would be it is not 100% private more like 90-95% but you are totally left undisturbed and other guests of the property are completely respectful of your space. Look forward to returning one day.

One sentence to describe this magical place would be “it’s like immersing yourself amongst nature in exquisite style”. So much more to The Hide. It’s an architectural masterpiece that has been thoughtfully decorated with an incredible eye for design. Amanda is amazing! Responsive, kind and friendly. What a lovely host!! Comfortable lounges, cushions and beds to dive into on a rainy day like we luckily had. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals… the walk on the property was Devine. I could fill this whole space! If I could give The Hide 100 stars I would! Thanks so much Amanda.
