We are really glad to find this gem in the heart of Taichung city. Very convenient location with tons of options for restaurants and supermarkets. But during night, it is quiet to have good sleep. Highly recommend!

Felt comfortable, quiet surroundings, warm host

I visited Taiwan with my elderly parents and my brother and needed a place with an elevator because my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Yu-Kai/Angel's house was the perfect home for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is huge and beautiful. Every bedroom (5 bedrooms available) has its own bathroom and A/C units so that comfort can be adjusted individually. A/C controls were a little confusing to figure out initially, but Angel responded immediately to help. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (we used electric rice cooker to steam buns, fish, eggs, etc.) Lots of bottle water was provided. Would have been nice though to have more variety of pots and pans but cooking isn't an absolute necessity since take out food delivery is abundant (foodpanda and UberEats both deliver in the area). I also did some hiking in Dakeng Scenic Area (only 5 minutes away). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I really love how responsive and carefree Z was. They respond so fast! When we reached and could not find the place, they immediately texted us back. Z was so communicative even though there was a room change. The rooms were also so clean and spacious, with in room toilets and bathrooms! Really loved the location and the whole experience with Z! It is already the third time to rent Kumao's house, the design of this house is still as always thoughtful and practical, every detail is taken care of, clean and comfortable, and the view is open, the night view is beautiful, and the sofa can also enjoy the sunset ~ There is everything around the house, the bus stop is just downstairs, and the bus is relatively close here, it is easy to go everywhere ~ Kumao is really kind and hospitable, very quick to respond, really thank you so much ~ It is the old age, the price is a little expensive, but this is normal, and it is most important to stay comfortably, and I will choose Kumao's house next time ~ As a reminder, if you leave at checkout time, reserve more time, or stagger the time, because the elevator has to wait a few times before you can get in ~

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

Adjacent to churches and monuments: a quiet, beautiful, low-density, friendly and convenient neighborhood. There are many different restaurants downstairs within a 5-minute walk, as well as a bakery that is often lined up.Supermarkets and convenience stores are not lacking, 7 minutes walk to a professional massage center.It's also quick to get to art galleries or bustling shopping districts. Airbnb on the 5th floor is comfortable to stay in, with excellent facilities and bedding. There is a new clothing store on the ground floor that is being renovated, but the noise is light. During the stay, the hot water supply was unstable on Friday, Edward handled it overnight and replaced the motor the next day to solve the problem.Edward is a reliable Superhost - guests are in good hands:)
