Apartment vacation rentals in Xitun District

Definitely a good place to be staying at, very near fengchia night market, good restaurants, convenience stores, are all within a few minute's walk. Place is clean, has a lift, and the view from the room's window is beautiful even though it is at a low floor. Host is responsive and will often ask if everything is okay or if you need any assistance. Felt like the place was definitely worth the price. The greatest disadvantage of this place would probably be the accessibility for cars. Usually we will alight / board at the cafe or restaurant across the road which is 1-2 minutes away since the street you are in is a small alley and boarding / alighting there would be obstructing traffic. Overall great accomodation, even better host. 9/10

房東劉老師是個待人溫和的好人，詢問著一切能夠提供給我的，包括毛巾牙刷以及充電線，在我入住的幾天寒流的冷天氣裡還給了一個暖爐在房間使用，非常窩心。

離逢甲夜市很近，附近有吃有玩有超市，地點很棒！房間床單上些許不乾淨，目前沒網路第四台有點可惜。其他一切都很好👍熱水夠熱冷氣夠冷！推薦給來台中小旅行的朋友喔！

Our overall experience was quite pleasant and enjoyable. The views from both sides of the room were stunningly beautiful. We wanted to travel in every direction to reach all of the destinations seen from above. Thank you very much for the accommodations🫡

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

這間位於很小的巷弄裡，門口電梯都偏老舊，但是進門那一刻眼前整個一亮，不管家具、整潔度、舒適度都非常頂，跟網路上提供的照片基本一樣，有家的感覺。 枕頭、床墊非常舒服，超好睡，大推!! 房東都會及時回覆，不用擔心有問題聯絡不到人。

Lee’s apartment is situated in a great location of Taichung, plenty of eateries, shopping. Lee was super proactive in messaging and super responsive when we had questions. The room was clean and convenient and we loved our stay!

Great host very understanding and accommodating of any issues that arose.

非常舒適的房源，一進門就令人感到放鬆，有家的感覺。採光很好，衛浴空間很厲害，超大浴池媲美湯屋。附件週邊活動方便，覓食方便，是個很好的住宿體驗

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!

這次跟家人一起入住，分三間房間，房間都有冷氣、雙人床跟衣架，最重要是有地下平面停車位！有開車的話真的很推！！！ 喜歡房子裡空間很明亮，房東也有提供泡麵及飲用水✨ 最重要！我很不聰明的把AirPods遺留在房間裡，離開後才發現🥲 當下馬上請房東協助確認，房東回應都很快速，而且找到後還直接協助寄回！真的超感謝房東！🥹💕✨ 大家有來台中，真的可以考慮來這邊！！！

這次帶了兩隻小狗去住宿 很幸運可以找到這個寵物友善的空間 整個空間很溫馨 生活用品很充足 而且乾淨到不像有養貓 Stephen也很友善的關心我們睡得好不好 有沒有缺什麼東西 需不需要提供狗狗的碗給我們 房間裡面有瓶裝水跟好多餅乾 早上甚至準備了水果優格給我們 可惜的是沒有看到這裡的原住貓 非常滿意的一次住宿 希望Stephen跟貓貓都身體健康平安快樂！
