The ap is compact and cozy, well-equipped kitchen with what is necessary for those who prefer to prepare their meals, as in our case. The barbecue works great. The location is also great, not so close to the center which ensures more tranquility. We had a great stay.

The apartment is very nice, well located, in a quiet neighborhood, and perfectly accommodates four people. In addition, communication with Renato is excellent, he responds quickly and is always willing to help. I would definitely stay again.

Cristiane was a great host, we had a little problem with the control of the garage gate, and within minutes she went to the apartment and set out to solve this issue for us! We'll be back for sure!

Starting with the perfect location, close to everything and quiet at the same time. We spent great days in the apartment! Mr. Bruno is very polite and proactive. We were very well received and treated very well, while we were there. The stay was wonderful. The host Roberto, extremely attentive, sent several videos with recommendations about everything. So much so that we arrived and didn't even need to contact him to ask for anything. Everything was exactly as reported, everything was easy to find, such as the keys, garage opening, Wi-Fi password... he left two bicycles in the garage and the possibility of using them, all necessary appliances, very clean bed and clothes (baggy and smelly)... anyway, there was nothing missing that we needed, including the view of the sea. And Roberto's person then..... sensational. Very attentive and available. It was very good and we want to repeat the experience.

All very nice, I loved the lighting project, I love the led above the bed and that sconce of the living room. The air is powerful, if there is no one in the room you can leave up to 16 degrees and be very comfortable in the room. Great condominium pools, with warm water to the right measure. Host always available. Would return.

Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is the same as described, having all the necessary items for a quiet and comfortable stay. The building has 24-hour security, a large swimming pool, sports court and several other places to enjoy.

We really enjoyed staying at Solange's apartment and we plan to return! Jana, who welcomed us, is a lovely person and gave us all the instructions we needed! The apartment matched the description exactly and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items,” as the listing was clear in that regard that there were none, but as a suggestion, there could be a dish towel and a floor cleaning cloth (those I forgot🤭😂). We missed having an electric kettle, but the milk jug worked. We didn't find the air conditioning control in the double room, but it wasn't necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower in the guest bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the en-suite was wonderful and with the stairs, the other was not needed at all. Great nights of sleep, great bed and pillows, dark room (I love it) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great (swimming pool is not heated).
