Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

La casa es maravillosa. Perfecta para una familia de cinco. Las vistas y el emplazamiento seguramente de las mejores de Moraira. La limpieza excelente. La casa perfectamente dotada. Y el propietario muy atento. Volveremos, sin duda.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!! Gracias a Fernando y su mujer, muy atentos y amables!!! La casa muy limpia, sábanas y toallas nuevas Superó nuestras expectativas, hemos estado genial!!! La playa a unos pasos, hemos visto atardeceres y amaneceres preciosos!! Volveremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!!

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

Hier ist eine freundlichere und zufriedenere Version deiner Bewertung: --- Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, zwölf wunderschöne Tage in Ingrids Wohnung verbringen zu dürfen! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Bueno, alojamiento perfecto, verdaderamente nos hemos sentido como en casa, repetiremos, sin lugar a dudas. Muy muy recomendable, cerca del Arenal a un paseo de apenas 10 minutos y justo enfrente una zona espectacular de buceo, una organización muy tranquila y un jardín con barbacoa que hemos disfrutado de unos días fantásticos

Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

Tout a été parfait durant notre séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et suffisamment spacieuse pour 8 personnes et offre de belles prestations. L’espace extérieur est exceptionnel, un immense jardin paysager arboré et la grande piscine chauffée qui nous a permis d’en profiter chaque jour du matin jusqu’en soirée… malgré les assauts des moustiques. Le quartier est très calme et à quelques minutes du centre-ville et de la plage. Maria a toujours été réactive et de bons conseils.

Hemos estado fenomenal. La casa estaba muy bien , tal y como se muestra en las fotos y tenía muchas cosas para los niños. La zona es muy tranquila, y la playa está muy cerca! lo malo es q no es fácil dar un paseo andando cerca de la casa; pero aún así, ¡Repetiremos!

In einem ruhigen Viertel am Ende der Straße gelegen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Kommunikation mit Jennifer war jederzeit schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 👍

Un séjour en famille magnifique, tout était parfait...l'accueil par Mirella la maman d'Allessandra, une dame charmante et bienveillante. Mirella vous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a transmis de très bons conseils pour nos balades. Discrète, mais la croiser était un réel plaisir pour un échange cordiale et joyeux. Je vous conseille ce lieu merveilleux, paisible, avec toute les commodités.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hôte est réactive, disponible et très gentille. La taille du logement est adaptée pour un couple. La vue sur la mer est sublime et la piscine de l’immeuble est très agréable. La plage est à 5min à pied, c’était un plaisir de se promener la journée comme le soir. Petit point négatif : le logement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement (la baie vitrée était cassée, la douche bouchée, les meubles très anciens, les lits inconfortables…) Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces vacances :)

Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Es steht uns nicht zu, zu bewerten, aber wir sagen einfach ein grosses DANKE. Ein herzliches Willkommen mit kleinen - nicht selbstverständlichen - Extras. Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en la casita de Isaac! El trato no ha podido ser mejor y todo muy limpio y acogedor, ojalá volver pronto!

alles wunderbar, wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr Willkommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit dem Rythmus der Wellen direkt vor dem Fenster einzuschlafen. Wir können die Unterkunft sowie den Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful villa - spent a week on a family holiday here and felt like paradise. Very helpful and responsive host, highly recommend.

We felt so looked after during our four day retreat at the beach. Items like Olive Oil and condiments were available for cooking meals at home. There were plenty of coffee pods left out for us for our afternoon espresso, as well as a traditional cafetera for our morning long coffees, which we enjoyed on the glorious terrace facing the sea. Such a serene landscape with a spectacular cove for swimming a short walk away. The weather was a bit chilly at night but our hosts made sure to leave out cozy fleece blankets so we could continue sitting outdoors as long as possible. There were also mobile heaters in the house and a sweet fireplace, with wood prepped inside for us. We are certain to return again and again--even in the winter months!
