If you are looking for a place that is home away from home in Abuja, then you'll find it at Mike's Place. The location is central and at the heart of Abuja yet it feels like a suburb as you are far away from the street. From the great services by Sammie, Ayuba, Aliyu and of course Mr. Mike, I was treated like a rock star! I stayed there for about one week in Oct. and the home is immaculately furnished with all amenities working. I especially liked the touch of having many towels in the rooms as most high-end places offer only one or two. The master room balcony has a great view of the city and I found it very relaxing. To Mike: I do recommend putting the outdoor cushions inside when not in use so they last longer. Overall this is a great place to stay and it is my new go-to spot in Abuja! Thank you for making my trip to Abuja a successful one. Naija can be hectic and your place provided the comfort, energy and motivation needed to accomplish my goals.

From the gate to the rooms it feels at home. I had my friends around and they love every bit of the apartment and the compound. The game and pool area was a great plus to unwind at evening time. Gbemi was quite responsive. on request, she sent a Bluetooth speaker which made the evening time at the pool area worth it. As a lagosian, I was first worried about the distance to the central business district but Abuja was different each trip was between 16-18mins drive costing less than 3000 NGN on Bolt. What's more? The gym was cool and the green grass at the game area was refreshing. My guys status was flooded just a few minutes after arrival... pictures. Value for money? Maybe yes, maybe no. But take nothing away from the investment on solar and serenity of the environment. If your target is to work and play this apartment is your best plug. Gbemi, I will surely return and book again.

This is my second time booking Goodman’s place. This time I brought my parents to stay in preparation for my wedding. The apartment was just as good as the first time. Spotlessly clean, fully stocked, and extremely responsive staff. Daily housekeeper helped with all of our needs and even went above and beyond by assisting my mom to the local market to buy ingredients for a special wedding dish. Anything extra we needed or needed assistance with was expeditiously provided. We could not have had a better stay. Anytime I am in Abuja, this will be my go to place. I really enjoyed my stay, the place is different and enjoyable. its close to everywhere ,especially the market and car park.

I took a gamble when initially booking at 4Palms as I had not been there before. After arriving, I met a colleague who mentioned that is there go-to location for international visitors. The team were highly responsive and professional, location is excellent, and the staff were well trained. Will use this again for future visits.

This is a great place to stay in Abuja. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the basic things you need for a relaxing stay. Our host was hospitable and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Abuja. You will need to get an Uber to get around. We had no problems getting an Uber at this location. Thank you for everything, Olajide!!

Derek Place is in one the Safest, and Cleanest Neighborhood in Abuja .We enjoyed going out for a walk every morning and evening, People are friendly. The Staffs are very respectful, 24/7 electricity, water and Wi-Fi, daily house keeper. I'll highly recommend Derek place for a anyone looking for a place to Stay in Abuja.

Hassan and service staff team was excellent - you will get spoiled. Had to extend a few times cause I got lazy 😃.
