Berndt and his wife Gabi were both incredible. They were very considerate of our travel, and even gave us their personal phone numbers in case we got lost or needed any help with anything. Berndt also graciously gave us a ride to the train station on our morning of departure! The surrounding area was beautiful, walkable, and very peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

Great place. very convenient for touring and exploring around the Bavarian area, Munich and other towns like Nuremberg and Stuttgart. the villages around the lake are amazing and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurants, bars and bakeries are DELICIOUS. Torsten and Andrea are amazing hosts that have made the location very inviting and comfortable. They have added lots of amenities and thought of everything needed to make our stay so enjoyable. Very easy to reach and very prompt with communications. Would highly recommend

Our little family had a wonderful stay at Rositha's place. We were warmly welcomed with some special attentions. The place is beautiful, decorated with taste, cosy and comfortable. It comes with everything you need. Rositha gave us some advice on places to visit in the surroundings, according to our planned trips. It was a pleasure to be there and we definitely recommand it. We'll probably come back one day !

Sehr sauberes, kleines Appartement mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche bietet trotz kleiner Größe viele Möglichkeiten und wir haben die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sehr zu schätzen gewusst!😊 Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Augsburg auch dank dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

Wir haben als Familie unseren Urlaub in der tollen Wohnung von Imke verbringen dürfen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und es wurde an alles gedacht, daher würden wir jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vor allem für Familien ist diese Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung, da selten so toll an die Kleinen gedacht wurde wie in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ebenso einfach klasse und man erreicht die gewünschten Ausflugsziele in der Stadt oder in der Natur in weniger Minuten. Alles in allem eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Wir waren 8 und haben eine Team-Workation gemacht. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im großen Wohnzimmer!

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten Wandern. Da gibt es in der Gegend viele schöne Wanderwege. Calimoto hat da geholfen. Fußläufig ist eine gute Wirtschaft in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben auch gerne einmal die Sauna im Garten genutzt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und bringen unsere Fahrräder mit. Abends konnten wir an dem großen Esstisch auch Spiele machen. An dem großen Fernseher konnten wir den letzten Spieltag der Bundesliga verfolgen. Dunja hat auf Anfrage Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich. Grüße Johannes

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in einer tollen Umgebung. Das Haus ist super und entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunikation lief wirklich einwandfrei und Sarah war immer hilfsbereit bei jeder auch noch so kleinen Frage. Vielen, vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit und eine einmalige Unterkunft!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Ammersee, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen war. Das Haus war geräumig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

It's been an excellent experience. Stefan's house is amazing, very big spacious apartment with absolutely everything that you might need. Stafan is very nice person, helped us in everything. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the S-bahn station, and 15-20 minutes away from every major attraction in the city. Gauting is lovely place, very quite and peaceful! I give my best recommendations to Stefan and his house. 😊😊

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Alles super. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ruhige Lage. Man kann dort mal ein paar Tage richtig ausspannen ohne die Wohnung verlassen zu müssen. Im nahe gelegenen V Markt bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich in der Gegend wäre. Besonders genossen habe ich den schönen Wintergarten und den großen Fernseher, sowie die TOP ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vorbildlich. So sollte es sein.

Das beste Premium Budget AirBnB: das ist die beste Wohnung in der Nähe von München und Umgebung für ein faires Budget. Für zwei Personen, die ein Auto haben, perfekte Wahl. (Mit Auto 35 min/mit ÖPNV 1h 15 min nach München) Es ist wirklich ein fairer Deal, der für alle jungen flexiblen Menschen für längere aber in meinem Fall auch kürzere Trips perfekt ist. Ich bedanke mich jetzt schon mal für alles und ganz klar ist es nicht mein letztes Mal hier 😉

I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks with my friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. They were always available, helpful with anything I needed, and provided great local tips that made my time even more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment!
