Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Woodbrook

Hosts were beyond helpful and accommodating! I ran into an unexpected situation with my original lodging in St. Anne’s and needed a place to land. I booked later in the evening and because of the responsive and flexibility, I was able to check in just a couple hours. The room and bathroom were lovely, clean and just what I needed! Kitchen and laundry was also such a helpful amenity throughout my stay! Will be coming back for sure!

Whist is a very considerate host going out of his way to make sure I was very comfortable during my stay and providing me with extra amenities to make me more comfortable. The place looks exactly like the photos and very clean and Whist was very helpful and always gave responses to enquiries I made. A very great stay I had.

A great Host, he was always quick at responding to chat messages if I needed something. I was also provided with a parking place but I didn't feel very confident parking the car I rented as it was much bigger than what I'm used to. The room was great, very cozy with all the necessary amenities, it was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Really in a great position to get to all the cool spots around Port of Spain.

This my favorite place to stay when I visit Trinidad although I’m from Trinidad the location is very well gated and surrounded by natures and a nice view other then the one out by the pool. If you like early morning or night walks it’s a nice hill to get your work out. I love it how peaceful the area is. James always one text away if I have any questions or problems although I had no problem he’s always available to assist thanks for having me I’ll be back in 2 months I hope it’s available.

Perfect location for Carnival, as long as you don't want to sleep early during the festivities--some of the music trucks and processions passed along the street right under our windows. Easy walk to all of the events at Queen's Park Savannah. Safe and secure building. Ron and Reina were both very responsive and quick to respond to messages.

Mark is a very friendly host! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peaceful and comfortable spot in Trinidad. He always made sure we were comfortable and safe. All the places around are accessible easily if you rent a car or else Mark has some recommendations for the drivers around. You will have your private space in between beautiful scenery and birds to look around. I will definitely be coming again! Thanks Mark for hosting us! 😌

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Karen’s place the first time so I had to book the same place on my return, easy check in, spotless space, the home itself is beautiful, Karen was a wonderful host just like the first time, friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. I will definitely keep coming back!

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful property. It is walkable to food, groceries and the Savannah. The communication was great and friendly, clear instructions for check in and info about the property. I spent many hours by the pool relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. The apartment is super clean and the lovely custodian Hannah Josanne kept it sparkling during my stay. The only place I stay when in Trinidad. 💯 recommend.

Enjoyed the accommodations. The locked gate was nice for feeling secure. Neighborhood was neat and tidy.

I booked Ailsa's place for my fiance during her time in Trinidad in September 2024. She was very pleased with her stay. She commented on Ailsa and Junior's prompt responses and willingness to be of great help and service. You'll feel right at home. It's tastefully decorated, with ample storage and space for lounging and getting fresh air. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and she highly recommends it for other travelers visiting Trinidad and Tobago. 5 stars

Thank you to the best abnb hosts! Friendly , accommodating and flexible. The 360 security camera and gated private residence made my family and i feel safe and secure. The property is large and spacious. We actually had extra room. Lovely stay. We appreciate you. Highly recommend for US tourists ❤️

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, lots to do at the house. Looking forward for our next trip.

The only thing we could recommend is better accessibility to the streaming channels. While there were different channels we weren’t able to access them . We also could not access any local TV. As a family of seven we wanted to watch certain programs together but we were restricted to only watching YouTube and Disney. The TV in the bedrooms didn’t have access also.

Extraordinary still does not describe this place ... This is the nearest thing to perfection in life period you will experience ... the staff was tremendous , proactive in communications, friendly, informative ... The photos of the place does not do this justice ... it's like walking into a timeless museum of architectural excellence ... the rooms are incredible big ... all have their own bathrooms .. the master suite is like its own apartment and the main shower is to die for... Take your family here ...When I tell you this is worth the money, it's well worth the money... This is my go spot for a family getaway ... 20 stars out of 5 ... Thank you again Phil and Patricia ... PS that kitchen and pool area is another level of excellence

Ramona and Pradesh are great hosts! This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back. Pradesh met me at check-in. He showed me some update to the entertainment center, he also shared the local events calendar, and there is an outside shower for j’ouvert and beach days. There is also a great little grocery store across the street and a little breakfast & lunch restaurant right next door to that. This place is private and mostly quiet. So, it is the perfect place to relax after carnival events or partying on the avenue.

The apartment exceeded our expectations beyond measure. It was such a pleasure being there and we hope to visit again soon!

Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment in Arouca. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the secure compound with remote control access to the gate and parking. It gave me great peace of mind. The self-service check-in made everything seamless and stress-free. Mrs. Trudy and Mrs. Sherry were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing—spotless, modern, and truly felt like home. The kitchen was fantastic; I was able to cook as if I were in a five-star restaurant. After dinner, I even enjoyed a game of chess, which was a nice touch. Nekesha’s hospitality went above and beyond. Her communication and understanding were exceptional—truly unmatched. She had clear house rules, and as long as you follow them and stay communicative, you’ll have a great experience. Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was definitely a 20/10 stay. Highly recommend!
