I Stay in Adriel's place for 3 nights. I like that the space is clean and located in high level. the best part for me it is have dirrect access to the shopping centre.

The location is above pakuwon mall so this entertainment is perfect if it's a staycation in Surabaya. But for check in and check out as exhausting as having to go inside the mall first. The water heater works well, cable tv is available, there is only 1 mattress but a folding mattress is provided in the closet. Can make water hot. The size of the room is not too spacious but enough for those with small children. View is great at night time.

Nice, clean apartment on top of Pakuwon Mall. Everything as described. Check in and check out process very quick and easy. Cathlin is also very friendly and helpful, patiently answers any question I had.

very comfortable place. beautiful view from 16th floor. all amenities are beyond complete. there are iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, mukena. complete kitchenette area. good interior and everything feels like home. will definitely come back, thank you

This was the best place I've ever stayed, and HahaStay were absolutely the best hosts I've ever experienced on this app. So incredibly friendly and accommodating, they drew attention to things on their own or made suggestions before I even said anything. For example, I made a mistake with the check-in date and they took care of the problem on their own without me having to say anything. Incredibly fair and correct. The place itself was so great, especially the view at night of the panorama of the city - amazing. And the building itself, the possibilities for eating or business (if you go to the 3rd floor you are immediately in the Ciputra World Mall), the sports facility (gym and swimming pool always open until 10 pm), rooms tip-top and very safe, all the staff soooo incredibly friendly, I was even lent a laptop when I needed one. Could go on and on about how great it was.

Ibu Sylvia was amazing and kind host. And the place bigger than I expected. I’ll be back again to her place when I’m in Surabaya.

This apartment has a perfect location with a shopping mall just downstairs. We went to the mall every day for playing, eating, and shopping. It is super convenient, especially for tourists from overseas. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pools are also awesome; we spent 2 hours there every day. It saves money and time compared to going to water parks. Compared to my friends who stayed at the Marriott Hotel, I found my stay much more comfortable and satisfying.

We are looking for a strategic place and location, right next to the mall, the hospitality of the staff can be given a thumbs up, very flexible check in & out. Clean, well equipped and spacious. the apartment lobby is good. Pool and gym facilities are also recommended. Worth it really staying here..love love

Very friendly service and fast service from Pak Yuyun, complete facilities as described. Highly recommend staying with family. Access to the mall is also very easy and not far away. There are 2 Parking available for cars with cars.
