Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wolseong-dong

The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located for visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites. The host was very responsive and kind. There’s also the option to leave your luggage in the building if you arrive before the check-in time. Highly recommended!

Had such a wonderful stay at Florian, would highly recommend for a holiday to Gyeongju. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and you could easily get to the attractions. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Felt like home. Lovely welcoming host with great communication.

I really recommend this place for families with babies (especially over 2 years old). There was a separate playroom full of baby toys, so parents were able to relax. It was a new apartment, so it was very tidy overall, and all the doors were equipped with hand prevention devices, so it was safe. There was no unnecessary clutter, so I could stay without worrying about my baby dropping things or getting hurt. The house was spacious and cleanly maintained, and there was a washer and dryer, which was very useful for long-term stays and baby laundry. Great place to stay that I would love to come back again.

Lots of space, nicely decorated, quality furniture/amenities. We really enjoyed our stay there. Plus it is close to all the must see places in Gyeongju. I recommend and I will definitely go back when I visit this area with my family. Thank you!

1. The place is so tidy. It was emotionally decorated, so I was able to heal during my stay. 2. The cleaning condition is clean and there are plenty of towels. 3. It's an accommodation where the host's meticulous care stands out. The bed has two pillows of different heights, two dryers, a good scent in each room, and disposable sponges and blankets. 4. The host was so kind. I visited with my child before Children's Day, and my child was so happy that you wrote a gift and a note for my child on the dining table. I was tired of the crowds on this trip, but thanks to the host, it was a pleasant trip. I'll book it again if I visit Gyeongju next time. ^^

Everything was a comfortable and relaxing time, like resting at home while spending two nights with my parents. The bedding was very tidy and comfortable for a good night's sleep, and I was able to spend a comfortable evening because I couldn't hear the surrounding noise. The landscaping of the school outside the veranda felt like it was the facility of our house, and the roses of the homes I saw while taking a walk around were another gift. I rested well and made good memories. Thank you.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days... When I opened the door for the first time, I was satisfied with the clean and cute space as shown in the picture!! I was touched by the small event space hidden in the veranda!! I was sincerely touched by everything that was carefully prepared without missing anything!! I took my elders, and they also praised the accommodation saying it was the best! It was really a shame to leave! You don't have to worry about this place. Everyone will be 120% satisfied.♡ My first-grader says he wants to come again because he liked the race!! I'll definitely come next time I come to Gyeongju~~ Wonder Woman~ Thank you so much. 😍

This trip was a sudden departure from my busy daily life. Thanks to the host, I was able to heal properly. The accommodation was in a quiet alley, so I was able to rest comfortably, and I was comforted by the handwritten letters, snacks, and coffee.. throughout the accommodation that showed the host's consideration, and my tired mind from the daily routine was comforted. Also, the accommodation description was written in detail so that I could use the accommodation like my home, so I really used it comfortably. Most of all, the place was so clean, and the host was so kind that I thought I wanted to come back before I left. Next time, I will visit again with many people who are important to me.

How do I even start? Our host and her son were spectacular! The property was well maintained and beautiful. The views from the property were picturesque and complimented the interior decor. It even came with the sweetest dog, Haru! 🐕 (my favorite part❤️) It’s also easy walking to Bulguksa Temple from there! We may have only stayed one night but it was so special.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who visits Gyeong-ju, especially as a foreigner. They will feel what country life really feels like with such a peace. Great, kind host impressed us so much, nothing could be better than this for your holiday! 외국인들는 물론, 한국분들도 너무 좋을 것 같아요. 특히나 여러명이서 시골가서 고기구워먹고 편하게 노시는데 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 엄마 모시고 다시오고 싶어요 :)

The host explained things so kindly and responded to us. The facilities were also very good and it was comfortable like home. The surrounding landscape is just so pretty. I had a comfortable stay! One thing to consider is that it takes a long time for people with luggage to get a taxi. I was able to catch it, but I didn't catch it at once.

My in-laws, my parents, and children were traveling with a large family, so I was thinking a lot about the accommodation, but it was nice. First of all, it was located in Hwangnidan-gil, so it was convenient to be able to walk anywhere, and I was able to park right in front of the accommodation, so I had a good stay during the complicated holiday. There were three rooms, so I was able to stay comfortably, and the kids especially loved the attic. The kitchen and living room were separated, so it was nice to eat on one side and play with the kids on one side. There is a yard, so it was good to come out for a while when it was stuffy, and it was especially good to take a leisurely walk around before there were more people. It was a big family trip, and thank you for caring about the owner, and in particular, Orange, my kids ate very well during our trip. I'll stop by again😁 next time I have a chance to go to Gyeongju! Even though a lot of people stayed for a family gathering, I had a really comfortable stay. (There was nothing lacking ^ ^) The items prepared by the host are also great~ I was constantly surprised by the consideration and sense, and I was praised for making a good reservation. Thanks to you, I was able to make happy memories with my elders. I totally recommend it!

It's tidy, and it's equipped with baby items, so it's good for a family trip. The host also responded quickly if needed, so there was no inconvenience. I intend to come back next time.

I came to Gyeongju for the first time with my friends after 10 years, and it was a perfect trip because the accommodation was so nice!! The number of rooms and structures were so perfect, the bed was so fluffy, and the living room was so beautifully decorated, so it was good for taking pictures!! It was so comfortable because there was nothing missing. It was clean, spacious, and pretty, so I was very satisfied the whole time I stayed at the accommodation. It was also close to Hwangnidan-gil and Anapji, so it was good to hang out!! I'll definitely come here when I come to Gyeongju!! This is where I want to take my family.

This home overflows with generous hospitality. From toiletries (including toothbrushes) to pantry items, it feels like a friend has invited you to stay in their home. There is also ample and spacious parking, making it a great base for those with rental cars.

Except for the hot water not coming out well, the value for money, the host's response, and the cleanliness were all 100% satisfactory.🩷
