Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk +/- 100 m away and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sailing)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the couch or outside in the sheltered and sunny garden on the south. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop.

The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. This former transformer house has been around the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for over 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful trekking cabin with great care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space, it is equipped with almost every comfort. In the village you will find a cafe/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the hot bakery.
