The view from the balcony pays for the place! So peaceful and the sauna was great. Wish the weather was more cooperative but there’s load to do at this cottage.

We had a great stay at Lisa's place. Our family spent a lot of time on the water exploring the lake in the available canoe and kayaks and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The outdoor space is setup perfectly for living outside on those sunny days and inside the cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need if the weather isn't great.

The perfect getaway for a couple or small group of friends! Everything was very well updated and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. They provided a timely response when needed and were very easy to book with. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a few nights here and it was fantastic. Brad and Erin were friendly and very responsive! The cottage was everything we were looking for. Quant, private, hot tub, on the lake, pet friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly, highly recommend!

We could spend a family vacation with 6 adults and 3 little children. It has been an ideal place for this. A nice and spacious house and beautiful surroundings! Excellent and very friendly contact to the hosts. Nearby hiking trail and only a short drive to Parry Sound. Over all an excellent stay!

We had an amazing weekend at Lesley's cottage. The cottage itself is beautiful and thoughtfully renovated. We were blown away by the hottub, sauna and deck. What an amazing place to spend a weekend!

The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances one could hope for. All of the beds were very comfortable with clean bedding. The house boasts a perfect view of the lake and is peacefully tucked into the forest. Our family stayed to visit Sandhills Nursery nearby for Easter activities for the kids. The house is also driving distance to a lot of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

We wanted a place to stay that was relatively close to Antoine Mountain, and a place that was peaceful and private. We were so lucky to find Alan's place, 15 minutes from Antoine Mountain, and only a few minutes from Mattawa (which had any food and supplies that we needed). We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the cabin. Alan was very helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out - always respecting our privacy. The cabin had all we needed to be cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful perk after skiing each day! We look forward to going back in the warmer months to be able to take advantage of how close the cabin is to various canoe routes and hiking trails. Thank you, Alan, for making it a great mini-vacation!

We stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, and we loved it! The place was cozy yet modern, with all the essentials—heating, cooling, and wifi. The bathroom was a definite highlight for us. Everything was just as described, and the little jar of honey was such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the bug helmets and Thermacell—super handy! The location was great, and having easy access to the Oxtongue River and dock was super convenient. Kayaks and canoes were also included in the booking. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was both peaceful and functional. Check-in was smooth, and the host had great communication and was very responsive. The cabin’s modern design really stood out. Thanks so much for having us—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I loved the location, lots of trails that you can visit around by car as well as local stores, marina, playground, lakes, etc. It was a quiet place next to no one on the lake. Everything we needed was provided, such as kitchen supplies, blankets, towels, etc. Amazing view from inside the cottage and on the front deck! The water is clear and sandy and shallow for little ones if you bring a infant/toddler like we did. Amazing stay overall

A great weekend with my cousin and her 2 year old child and 2 dogs. Made much use of the kayaks and sunbathing on the pontoon, as well as the fire pit and covered deck in the evening.

We stayed at Laura's cabin on our honeymoon and it was amazing! We love the outdoors and if the weather has cooperated we would have taken the kayaks out onto the lake. If your looking for a quick quiet getaway close to Gravenhurst with all the amenities of cottage county, this is your place to stay! The cabin was clean, stocked with all your kitchen essentials you will need.

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at the cabin! Great location and very private. Perfect for our annual Autumn visit to the area to go to Algonquin Park, Huntsville and Screaming Heads. The cabin was well stocked, clean and very cozy... we truly had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a little basket of treats which was so sweet! Our kitty loved staying there as well. Leah's instructions were quite clear and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Our weekend was truly awesome, we would definitely love to come back!!!

We stayed for 4 nights at this cottage in late September, just as the autumn leaves were setting in. It was rainy at night but we enjoyed cozy nights watching The Hobbit or playing board games by the roaring fireplace. During the days, we did multiple hikes around Hardy Lake, went to Bala (a very quaint town-we made jokes about being in a cheesy Hallmark movie), toured the cranberry bogs and trails with hot wine drinks and just enjoyed time at the cottage. There is something for everyone whether you’re a cook, book-lover or outdoors enthusiast. We brought our two dogs who loved hiking the trails, watching chipmunks, swimming near the shore , and lounging on the dock. They even got into the canoe. There was a friendly senior dog who wandered down to say hi a couple times. The highlight of it all- we got engaged there! :) :) :) Sarah and Chris, you must be so proud of this enchanting cottage where so many special life moments were created.

We had an amazing time, and we will definitely be back! The cottage had everything we needed, and the beach was amazing. We had all the water toys we could imagine, and sitting at the lake in the morning was my favourite thing to do. The accessible bathroom was perfect for my son and made our stay that much better. Neil was very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond if there was anything we needed. The lake is so peaceful and we did not want to leave. Highly recommend :)

This was our second stay at Sunmeet's cottage. We love how quiet and private the cottage is. We stayed a little over a year ago and this time around it was very similar to our first stay. The cottage is very clean and Sunmeet was very responsive. We celebrated my husbands birthday enjoying some amazing bbq'd food and then had a fire in the evening. It's the perfect place if you really want to get away from noise and people (in a good way). Everywhere we wanted or needed to go was 15-30 minutes away. Thank you again, Sunmeet!!!

It is a beautiful little home in-front of the lake. We went for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating in the lake. We had all the amenities that were needed. Host had great collection of indoor and outdoor games. It was a relaxing and fun weekend for all of us. Heather is very responsive and helpful. The only thing to point out is that the rooms have curtains instead of doors.

Excellent little place to stay, quiet quaint and away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were super nice and went over everything with us to get us started. Everything was super clean and supplied. Would absolutely book again in future

The Doma Lodge is a great little cabin perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very clean. Everything is well thought out, organized, and comfortable. The outside space is quite private from neighbours and is surrounded by forest. Stephen was an excellent host and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

An outdoorsman/woman’s PARADISE Excellent accommodations with a great view of the French river. Really enjoyed the Airbnb, the kitchen and dining room island is gorgeous Boat docking in a protected cove, excellent fishing from the docks and not far from the Airbnb. Very secluded area, very peaceful. If you need a reset from the everyday hustle and bustle this is the place. The hosts are very accommodating I would highly recommend

Ann-Marie is an extremely friendly, flexible and helpful host. The cabin’s location is perfect. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed the paddling, fishing and biking and had a wonderful long weekend. Thank you Ann-Marie.

Our stay at this Muskoka cabin was perfect for unwinding. Eliza and Safiqa were both amazing hosts. The 50s vintage decor and cedar furniture created a cozy atmosphere, and the serene lake views were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pedal boat, and the outdoor BBQ space for meals with a gorgeous lake view. There were also lots of activities to do only 15-20min from the cabin which was an added bonus. Our stay had been a fantastic retreat to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended!

This North Bay cottage was everything I needed—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The space had real warmth to it, and you can tell it’s cared for with intention. But the real gem? Matthew. Hands down the best host I’ve ever dealt with—super responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares. That kind of energy is rare, and it made the whole experience even more special. Would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reset, a recharge, or just a damn good time in nature.
