We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

Very homely feeling. Jonathan left very clear instructions for the magical hot pool and other things in the home. House was clean and tidy and very cosy. Very close to shopping centre, everything at close proximity. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Rotorua 😃

Chris was a lovely host, the unit is compact and comfortable and has all of your basic amenities. My kids loved the spa pool, nothing better than unwinding in a hot tub after a long day of sightseeing! would definitely love to come back and stay in the future, maybe our next visit to hobbiton.

The cottage is in a great location. It was smaller than expected and unfortunately we were unable to sit outside but otherwise the cottage was a great place for a relaxing vacation. Would recommend and stay there again. Thanks Sharon.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Nice and close to the Redwoods. Highly recommend for families visiting Rotorua.

Great old school batch that felt very chill. Awesome to get to use the kayaks and lovely walks nearby. Added bonus was the toy box and the box of duplo which made the stay so much easier with the kids!

Jerry's place was awesome nice and cozy good spot for the dog to run around clean and tidy and the water was so good. Jerry was really nice and friendly easy to talk to and very responsive. Even had some nice eggs from the chickens

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great little place to stay, super close to the beach. We visited with our two year old and it was a perfect space for a family. Has everything you need. Would stay again.

This is my second stay here because I loved my first visit so much. The house is beautiful, accommodating and perfect for visiting Cambridge. Every little detail has been considered. Bedding is gorgeous and you’ll sleep well in comfortable beds. The gardens are a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Easy walk to town and Saturday markets. Yes I will stay again.

Loved the location lovely and peaceful. Melanie and Kirk were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to Cambridge and cafes etc. 5 Stags restaurant and bar at Leamington is a must do the food is great. Thanks for your hospitality Melanie and Kirk.

Really enjoyed out stay. Fantastic location and a great sized apartment. The kids loved the pools and it was super convenient to have the use of 2 car parks. Thanks for having us and sorting out a porta cot. We'd love to come and stay again :)

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Great location with a view and direct access to the beach. Well equipped.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful meant a great night sleep. The loft was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The only very slight negative was the driveway was a bit hard to find - but that was google maps fault. I talked to Liz about this and she now has a new link to help people find it. Highly recommend staying here.

Our family of seven tremendously enjoyed our two night stay. The house is impeccable with cleanest linens and loads of amenities. Nice personal touches and super comfy. The location was exactly what we wanted and expected. On the water with iconic views. Especially loved the walking distance to the parks and town. This is the go-to place when visiting Rotorua.
