Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. On the grass near the caravan you can set up a small tent so that you can also stay with 3-4 people in this beautiful place. Please contact us for this. Rent a boat and/or go to De Lemmer to the beach. From Sonnega, all this is fine. We are open to questions.

A nice and quiet place in the middle of nature.

Enjoy the peace and space of Drenthe from our Bakhuis, traditionally the farmer's wood shed. We have transformed our Bakhuis into a wonderful place from which you can endlessly walk, cycle or mountain bike in one of the three beautiful nature reserves around Wapserveen. And then at night, enjoy one of the darkest places in the Netherlands. In the backyard is the colony of Weldadigheid, which became a world heritage site in 2020.
