We’ve stayed at this location like 4 times already. Great place. My husband is a chatter box and when Christine’s husband is around, they talk up a storm. Her husband is very friendly. They have the cutest daughter and dog. Highly recommend this residence.

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

Felt right at home from the minute we walked in and so did our pup! It’s very dog-friendly, they even have dog bowls out if you need them. There was a big thunderstorm at night and the house felt sturdy and peaceful. Also very comfortable pillows and bedding. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket if it’s colder out because the quilts are light summer-weight. Beautiful and private backyard, very nice and welcoming place.

The four of us arrived at Mary’s place and we immediately felt right at home. The place was neat and clean and the decor was tropical. The backyard overlooking the canal was a great place to relax and unwind. We loved walking down the block to the Cabana club each afternoon after coming back from local excursions. One of the great benefits was being able to use the Cabana club which had a fantastic pool, hot tub, beach access and a full service bar with great food and drinks with excellent service and a friendly staff!

House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious, beds are comfy. Backyard relaxing. Would rent again if we return to this area. Easy access and easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We spent three weeks at this house and really felt at home in it. The pool and screened in patio was great. We spent a lot of time out there. It is close to the beaches, restaurants, places to walk and grocery stores. We hope to come back next year!

We had a fabulous time here! Everything was honestly perfect and we couldn't have been happier. Loved the location. We travel to Colorado a few times a year and look forward to staying here again! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.
