Family-friendly vacation rentals in Westende

Veronique and Luc's lodge is a dream! We didn't leave them all the time to explore the area as originally planned, but enjoyed the fantastic location in the polders and the tranquility! The crowning glory was then the daily jacuzzi bath in the sunset. We will definitely come back!

Very relaxing stay in Florence's house with a special mention for the Spa! We were looking for accommodation in a green and quiet setting and it was perfect! We were even able to observe deer from the upstairs window. Florence was very available.

The apartment - in our case for six people - really keeps what it promises. The two-story apartment at the top of the house offers plenty of space, a large dining room, living room, three bedrooms and three balconies. Everyone will find a place if they want to have some peace and quiet. Large windows that go out to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the beach promenade of Ostend: You are literally relieved of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and look at the wide world from above (elevator available!). We immediately felt at home. The apartment is also well equipped and our hosts have given us many nice excursion destinations in the area. A really great vacation for us.

Very pleasant stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, very well located in relation to the sea, shops and facing the tennis and mini golf court, the equipment as described. We particularly appreciated the welcome by Elodie, smiling, kind and punctual upon arrival and departure and of course the jacuzzi, sauna and foosball which were unanimously welcomed. The pool areas have furnished our evenings. We were a family of 8 and everyone enjoyed the stay. I can only recommend this place.

This apartment is highly recommended if you want to go to the beach with a group (even if it's not summer!). The living room and kitchen are very spacious, and all kinds of kitchen appliances are available for cooking together, the view is beautiful and the sauna is lovely!

Perfect accommodation for families, or groups of friends. Clean and relaxing Jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable bedding. Rooms with toilet and private bathroom is a plus. Comfortable kitchen. We really had a lovely time at Villa Wellington. I highly recommend it!

Christophe and Sophie's apartment is TOP! Everything is perfectly ok and tidy. Communication with themselves or with Jessica who takes care of the check-in/out is also quick and smooth. We found the made-up beds and towels at the price of 15 euros pp. very easy. I read in a previous review that there are extra costs hidden? Not at all with us. You choose whether you want to or not. The parking you can book is also a plus, never no stress to find a place:-) In any case, we will remember this place for next time! Thanks

We were very warmly welcomed. It is an older, clairaudient house, which did not disturb us. The bedrooms with partial toilet, sink and shower are very quaint, we liked it. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The location was great.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Directly on the dike, everything is nearby and within walking distance. We had everything we needed. Thank you Guy for the welcome, your responsiveness and your sympathy. We'll be back😊

We spent a week in Torhout and felt very comfortable in the house. It has and offers everything you need and in a short driving time you are in great cities or on the beach. We will be happy to come back and say thank you.

Els and Lakshmi were excellent hosts. They were very flexible with check-in. The place is small, cozy and attractively furnished. Especially the spacious bathroom is not to be expected in a tiny house. Everything was clean and tidy. Directly adjacent to the accommodation are the pastures for the animals, which liked to be petted and fed. Els and Lakshmi are really very warm and lovely people. They took good care of us and we were able to talk to them well. This won't be our last time in la vie en Rose.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

We stayed in a very well furnished apartment. The accommodation was well located, with local shops, very convenient. The hosts were really welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place!

Hello, we just spent a week of peaceful vacation in De Haan, it's what we were looking for, the apartment is faithful to the photos, in a very quiet residence, the apartment is close to shops, the forest and the sea, we did everything on foot.

Friendly and attentive host. Well-maintained and clean accommodation with beautiful sea views. Space rather a bit tight for 4 people. Nice place to stay.

This is a cosy retreat where we stayed with our family for a few nights to explore Ypres and Bruges. It is very clean and the host is very welcoming. It is also close to the beach and local shops.

We felt very much at home with Lieveke and Hans. From the first moment on arrival, their hospitality and friendliness was very great! Our boys climb in their trucks and tractor and could play with all the animals on the property, their own playground and toys everywhere: it's a true paradise for the kids! The holiday home itself is neatly maintained, modern and comfortable. Beautiful country setting. Lots of Burgundian options. For beer enthusiasts, De Dolle Brouwers around the corner is a "must".

As usual, we always like to come back to Luc and Mieke's. This is the third time we've come. It's still so quiet and Luc and Mieke are welcoming, even though we've never seen them. Thank you again for hosting us. And again sorry for our hasty departure. Everything is fine with mom. See you soon.

Had a wonderful week around New Year's Eve. The apartment was clean and equipped with every comfort. Great base for walks on the beach and boulevard. On New Year's Eve, fireworks were lit on the piece of beach in front of the apartment, ideal! Also convenient that the car could be parked in the parking garage, parking is on the tight side but that was no problem. The indoor pool was lovely. Communication with Johan was excellent, the instructions extensive and clear.

Beautiful and large vacation home, very pleasantly located, close to the seaside. Rented to organize a meeting here, all guests were very satisfied and everything basic amenities are available.

We loved the location. The condo is modern, very clean and the neighborhood is peaceful. Kitchen is complete and large. Blankenberge is a nice little town to discover.
