Your home away from home. Plus the view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! The lake is sandy and shallow, perfect for lounging and water activities. The large front dock features cooler tables and Adirondack chairs. We also have a boat launch and parking for your boat at our back dock. Our brick fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The newly renovated loft is spacious, cozy and clean. We have installed an RO system in the kitchen for delicious drinking water.

Joan's place was a great place for us to unwind after the hectic day of our daughter's Nipissing Graduation. We stayed 2 nights in early June, the view of the lake was incredible and sitting on the patio listening to the waves lapping at the shore was just what the doctor ordered. The only problem we had was the fridge wasn't working, Joan had a bar fridge in before we even got there and it was lots big enough for us. Joan was super apologetic and even offered room in her fridge upstairs if we needed it. A trip out to The Trading post is always recommended if you like ice cream, cones are massive! We would definitely stay here again, Joan was fantastic to deal with!

Hannah’s granny flat was lovely. Well appointed furniture, comfy bed, and clean. It is located away from the city and is in a peaceful location. If your travel does not require a full kitchen, then this place is great. As a family, we enjoy cooking large meals while on vacation over several days, so if that is what you are looking for, this place may not be for you. If you need a nice clean place to lay your head in a country setting with nice people, this is it. Thanks for a lovely stay!
